Pros

The mobile app is great. All job details are right there, and we don’t need to flip through papers or spreadsheets anymore. The pop-up messages that tell us what we need to do make everything a breeze

Cons

Some features take time to learn, especially the advanced ones, but the basics are easy to use and deploy.

Pros

I like that everyone has the same information at the same time. We don’t need to keep calling or texting to check on job updates.

Some features are not immediately obvious. It takes time to figure them out, but the support team is helpful.

Wir setzen Fieldcode seit rund 8 Monaten im Bereich betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung mit einem Team von 10 Technikern im Regelbetrieb ein. Unser Ziel war es, Fehlerquellen zu reduzieren und die Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden sowie die interne Ressourcenplanung zu verbessern – genau hier spielt Fieldcode seine Stärken aus. Durch die automatisierten Prozesse (z. B. Reminder, Disposition, Fahrtzeitenberechnung) konnten wir unsere Fehlerquote signifikant senken. Besonders schätzen wir die verbesserte Übersicht über verfügbare Ressourcen und die reibungslose Koordination der Einsätze. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Kund:innen hat sich durch automatische Benachrichtigungen deutlich verbessert – das Feedback ist sehr positiv.

Cons

Einziger Wermutstropfen: In der Business Intelligence Auswertung fehlen derzeit noch benutzerdefinierte Felder, was die Analyse spezifischer KPIs etwas einschränkt. Wir hoffen, dass dieses Feature bald integriert wird.

Fieldcode has made it easier for us to manage all the different stages of IT service management, from installations to tracking tasks. It’s really helped us cut down on miscommunication between teams and sped up our processes, which is crucial when working with dependencies across our IT infrastructure.

Pros

Fieldcode has really helped us stay on top of our IT service tasks. It gives us great visibility into what’s happening, which is important since we deal with complex IT landscapes.

Cons

Sometimes the frequent updates can be a lot to keep up with. But the Fieldcode team does a good job of keeping us informed through webcasts and detailed updates, so we’re never caught off guard.

Given our rapid growth, a lot of information wasn’t being captured or just wasn’t manageable. We required a lot of manual input until we digitized our workflows with Fieldcode. We fully integrated our processes and systems and now we can easily manage our data and have a clear picture of our operations.

Pros

Information and customer demands are now manageable, schedules and staffing needs are clear, and our staff know exactly what they need to do to complete tasks.

Cons

They don’t have accounting or billing functionalities, but they integrated their software with accounting software.

With custom lists, the tool automatically recognizes the client and fills in the address, contact person, and other details we need for new tickets. It’s really sped up the process. It’s like having a customer database built into our ticketing system.

Pros

We have a lot of recurring customers and sites so it’s been great having the tool automatically fill in details for new tickets based on previous entries, saving us a lot of time.

Cons

We’d like to be able to import Excel files to update our lists since they are too big for manual creation. Currently we can’t do that but we’ve been told they are in the process of rolling this out.

Plus, having a clear overview of each step makes sure we don’t miss anything.

Pros

The workflow-driven approach stands out for us. It helps us handle not just field tasks but also the entire preparation phase, like coordinating customizations. The way the planning and execution stages are connected makes everything smoother—no back-and-forth, everything just flows.

Cons

There are always new features being added, and it can be hard to keep up with at times. But on the plus side, the team does a good job of announcing these updates during their monthly webcast calls, so we’re always informed and can stay on top of any changes.
