Hace un año que trabajo con Net2rent y lo que mas destaco es el soporte, como la facilidad para usar el channel manager y lo completo que es el software.

Cons

El cambio de channel manager implico perder las reseñas de las propiedades. Lleva un tiempo adaptarse.

Las distintas herramientas quedan bien distinguidas y se puede acceder más fácilmente a la información necesaria.

Llevamos ya muchos años con ellos y todo perfecto. Van añadiendo bastantes novedades en el programa y la atención con ellos es excelente.

Pros

Software muy completo e intuitivo. La atención al cliente es excelente, muy profesionales y serviciales.

Cons

Por pedir, podrían añadir alguna función más de las que pedimos... pero como van añadiendo nuevas, aunque no sean específicamente las nuestras, siempre están mejorando el software y estamos muy contentos. :)

Llevo unos 10 años con ellos y ni valoro la posibilidad de cambiar de empresa de software y me llamaron unas cuantas para ofrecerme sus servicios.

Pros

El servicio cercano, rápido y eficiente que ofrecen. Todas las mejoras que aplican al software te informan de ellas e incluso envían tutoriales. Si tienes alguna mejora tu que ofrecer la estudian y la implantan.

Cons

En el caso de que tengas alguna duda en fin de semana o día festivo no puedes contactar con ellos vía telefónica pero al día siguiente laborable ya tienes la solución a tus dudas.

Hace ya unos años que trabajamos con Net2rent y la verdad es que estamos muy contentos. Si no tienen un servicio o alguna conexión no te dicen que no, sino que hacen todo lo posible para tenerla y poder ofrecerla. Sin duda este Software de alquiler vacacional es primordial para nuestra empresa.

Pros

Es un muy buen Software. Cada día es más completo y siempre está en constante evolución. Pero sobretodo lo que más me gusta es el trato de todo su equipo, rápido, profesional y sobretodo siempre está ahí.

Sinceramente, a día de hoy no tengo nada que decir. Es muy completo y cumple a la perfección las necesidades de mi empresa.

Trabajo con Net2rent desde hace 6 años, y la experiencia cada dia es mejor. Su gran equipo de profesional trabajan constantemente en actualizaciones y mejoras del sistema, analizando las necesidades de los usuarios.

Pros

La facilidad de manejo, muy intuitivo y sencillo de manejar. Tienes todas las herramientas necesarias para poder gestionar facilmente un gran numero de alojamientos vacacionales. El Crm conectado a la web hace que la gestión de carga de alojamientos en la web sea automático junto con la conexion a plataformas como Airbnn, VRBO, etc. En los tiempos en los que nos movemos, la optimización del tiempo es muy importe.

Cons

Por comentar algo, encuentro a falta una conexion 100% con la plataforma BOOKING, solo ofrecen la conexion a nivel sincronizacion de tarifas y calendarios. Tendrian que trabajar para que la conexion fuera igual que Aibnb o VRBO.

Tenemos una muy buena experiencia con la plataforma de Net2Rent. Trabajamos juntos hace ya 4 años y pensamos seguir con ellos. Tenemos dos empresas y las dos estamos usando Net2Rent.

Pros

Lo que más nos gusta de Net2Rent es la eficiencia en general. La intranet es super completa, muy intuitiva y sencilla una vez que esta todo programado y personalizado. La atención al cliente es super buena y rápida. Tienen un super equipo tanto informáticos (\[CONTENIDO SENSIBLE\]) como atención telefónica (\[CONTENIDO SENSIBLE\]).

Cons

Lo que menos nos ha gustado de Net2rent es la programación y personalización de las plantillas automáticas, pero por suerte hemos tenido mucha ayuda del equipo y tuvieron mucha paciencia con nosotros.

Llevamos varios meses utilizando Net2Rent para gestionar nuestras propiedades turísticas y no podríamos estar más satisfechos. La plataforma es muy intuitiva, completa y se adapta perfectamente a las necesidades del día a día en la gestión de alquileres vacacionales. Destaco también el excelente servicio de atención al cliente: siempre disponibles, rápidos y muy profesionales, tanto en la fase de implementación como en el soporte continuo. En resumen, Net2Rent ha supuesto un cambio muy positivo para nuestro negocio, ahorrándonos tiempo, mejorando la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes y aumentando nuestra rentabilidad. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Lo que más me ha gustado de Net2Rent es lo completa y automatizada que es la plataforma y el excelente soporte técnico, siempre dispuesto a ayudar de forma rápida y eficiente.

Mi experiencia general es muy buena, siempre nos han brindado una atención al cliente, es decir en solución de incidencias muy buena y reactiva, solo añadiría un servicio los fines de semana, aunque por suerte no hemos tenido ninguna incidencia grave.
