"Owl in a non-profit use"

Overall: We moved away from Owl to go to an all in one software (handles donations, client management, and volunteers)

Pros: Auto saving of entries, easy to use/sign in

Cons: It would crash on us frequently, and notes would disappear. This was a horrible thing to have happen, and we would end up entering our notes in Word first, then putting into OWL, and when we were sure they had saved, we would delete the word file.

Reasons for Switching to Owl: The company that ran our database went out of business
