I've tried multiple accounting/invoicing software in past and major issue have been either limitation to create invoice in multiple currencies and the record of past invoices. With referens it's good so far. Pros Refrens is easy to use and the best part is it's UI and ability to duplicate the invoice at ease of a click. Ability to generate invoice in multiple currency is another addon for IT service agencies. Cons Nothing so far, since I'm using it mostly for invoicing. Pros I really enjoy using Refrens as my accounting software. The best feature for me is its automatic GST report generation, which saves a lot of time. It makes GST filing much easier since I can directly use the reports without extra effort. Cons There’s nothing major I dislike about Refrens. However, there is always scope for improvement, and adding a few more advanced features or customization options could make the experience even better.
