Cons

When the internet signal drops it becomes relatively difficult to access anything. If there would be a offline tool pool to access archives that would be nice.

It has been overall excellent till now, the demo team and the care team handles almost all the issues arising from onboarding to support. Good People

Pros

Most of it, making invoices with custom templates, workflows, automatic payment reminders to clients, love the seamless bank reconciliation, it’s easy to use, reliable, and saves a lot of time.

Cons

The mobile experience could be improved slightly to match the smoothness of the desktop version especially for users who manage tasks on the go, a few features could be more customizable

We use Refrens Accounting for billing, and it helps us with monthly GST billing and is easy to use. I like the ease of preparing quotations and invoices. We can easily track the due date of each invoice, and follow-up is very easy. The initial setup was straightforward; we just needed to create a login and input basic company information, and it was ready to use.

It’s really easy to use and operate. It keeps everything under one tab. You can send invoice or create invoice according to you. Really user friendly and ease of work.

Cons

There’s absolutely nothing to dislike about referens honestly. Maybe the only con is that there is no con.
