Our overall experience with Refrens has been very positive. It has helped streamline invoicing, quotation management, payment tracking, and customer record management in one place. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and regularly updated with useful features. Customer support has also been responsive whenever assistance was needed.

Pros

Refrens has made invoicing and quotation management much more efficient for our business. The interface is clean and easy to use, allowing us to create professional invoices, quotations, and payment reminders in just a few minutes. The GST support, customizable templates, and client management features are particularly useful. Being cloud-based, it allows our team to access data from anywhere, and the automation features save a significant amount of manual work. Overall, it offers excellent value for money for startups and growing businesses.

Cons

The platform works well overall.However, these are minor improvements and haven't affected our daily operations.

Refrens is a reliable and value for money accounting software. I've tried multiple accounting/invoicing software in past and major issue have been either limitation to create invoice in multiple currencies and the record of past invoices. With referens it's good so far.

Pros

Refrens is easy to use and the best part is it's UI and ability to duplicate the invoice at ease of a click. Ability to generate invoice in multiple currency is another addon for IT service agencies.

Cons

Nothing so far, since I'm using it mostly for invoicing. I'll soon explore other features of accounting.

I had a great experience with refrens i was using this since 2 years, and i have a great professional invoice style and format very professional looks

Pros

You can easily make invoices, quotations, performa invoices, manage expenses, clients, generate leads the best all in one app

Cons

Its not a con, but when you start first time user will experience little difficulty after making first invoice , how to mark as paid and close the lead but after some time user will familiar with that so overall its perfect for a business

Refrens provides a highly reliable, all-in-one business management environment. It has saved our team an immense amount of time tracking sales orders, client billing records, and expense histories in a single consolidated hub.

Pros

The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to create custom, professional invoices in under 2 minutes. The built-in automated payment reminders and direct WhatsApp integration are absolute game-changers for client communication and ensuring fast collections.

Cons

Everything functions smoothly so far. The system layout is clean, and the seamless syncing between the web portal and the mobile application leaves very little to complain about.

My overall experience with Refrens has been very smooth and efficient. It has simplified my accounting work, especially with features like automatic GST report generation, which saves a lot of time. The interface is user-friendly, and it helps me manage my business finances more accurately. Overall, it has been a reliable tool for my daily accounting and compliance needs.

Pros

I really enjoy using Refrens as my accounting software. The best feature for me is its automatic GST report generation, which saves a lot of time. It makes GST filing much easier since I can directly use the reports without extra effort.

Cons

There’s nothing major I dislike about Refrens. However, there is always scope for improvement, and adding a few more advanced features or customization options could make the experience even better. Overall, it has been very helpful and efficient for my accounting needs.
