It integrates seamlessly into our workflow, and the ease of generating payment receipts has definitely improved our client payment cycles. Pros Refrens has been a game-changer for my agency, ndigital. We rely on it daily to manage our financial documentation, including professional invoices, quotations, and payment receipts. The interface is intuitive, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on admin work. It’s rare to find a tool that balances simplicity with the professional output required in the creative and digital marketing industry. Highly recommended for any small business or agency looking to streamline their billing process. Cons Pricey - Basic features clubbed with premium tires which make them expensive to use if there were no discounts. I was hestinant to purchase first after the trial period finished, but I am glad I bought it. Pros Made it easier for us to generate invoices automatically, so we nolonger need to do our invoices manually Cons None, so far it has worked perfectly and saves us time because before we were doing invoices manually. Refrens does it all tracking payments, project management and a whole lot of financial benefits. At SME level, I love anything that makes life easier and efficient for both the business and valued clients. There is value for money. Your data is also safe with Refrens. Pros My favourite thing about Refrens is the simple and user friendly dashboard. It's easy to find quotations, invoices and even switching a quotation to an invoice can be done at the touch of one button! This makes it easy and faster to move from a quote to now receiving payments. You are also able to include or exclude details such as banking information with an easy tap. They even went as far as allowing you to email your client any documents straight from Refrens to any email address or domain. Refrens makes being efficient easy. Cons Bug problems here and there. Nothing major. I am sure they are working on it now as they are always working on improving the app. Switched from [Zoho Invoice](https://www.capterra.com/p/163114/Zoho-Invoice/) I needed consistency in the layout of invoices, quotations etc and tracking of cash flow.
