"Best Accounting Software "

**Overall:** My overall experience with Refrens has been very positive and productive. It is a reliable, user-friendly billing and invoicing platform that makes creating invoices, quotations, payment reminders, GST reports, and client management much easier in one place. The clean dashboard, professional templates, and automation features save significant time and reduce manual effort. Many users also appreciate its smooth performance, affordability, and beginner-friendly design, making it a great solution for freelancers and small businesses. However, there is still some room for improvement in advanced integrations, mobile app navigation, and deeper customization. Overall, Refrens has simplified business operations and made financial management more organized and efficient.

**Pros:** What I liked most about Refrens billing software is its simple and user-friendly interface that makes invoice creation, GST billing, payment tracking, and e-invoicing extremely fast and hassle-free. It offers automation features like payment reminders, inventory updates, GST reports, and WhatsApp/email invoice sharing, which saves a lot of manual work and improves business efficiency.

**Cons:** What I liked least about Refrens is that some advanced integrations and deeper customization options are still limited compared to bigger accounting platforms. At times, the mobile app navigation feels less intuitive, occasional loading delays happen when handling multiple clients, and customer support response can be inconsistent during peak times. A few premium features are also locked behind paid plans, which can feel restrictive for growing businesses.

"Great Invoicing Tool for Small Businesses"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with Refrens has been very positive. It has made managing invoices for my small business much easier and more organized. The platform is simple to navigate, which allows me to quickly create and send invoices without spending a lot of time figuring things out. I also like how professional the invoices look and the ability to include payment options directly on them, which makes it easier for customers to pay. Refrens has helped streamline a part of my business that used to take more time and effort. While there are a few areas that could improve—such as the stability of the mobile app—the overall functionality and ease of use make it a valuable tool for my day-to-day operations. It’s a platform that I rely on regularly and would recommend to other small business owners looking for a straightforward invoicing solution.

**Pros:** What I like most about Refrens is how easy it is to use. It makes invoicing for my small business simpler and more efficient than ever. Whether I’m creating a quick, basic invoice or something more detailed and complex, the platform handles it really well and keeps everything organized. I also really appreciate being able to add payment options directly on the invoice. It makes the process much more convenient for both my customers and me, since they can pay quickly without needing extra steps. Another big advantage is how professional the invoices look, which helps my business appear more polished and credible. Overall, Refrens saves me a lot of time and removes much of the hassle from managing invoices, allowing me to focus more on running and growing my business instead of dealing with paperwork.

**Cons:** One of my biggest concerns about Refrens is the mobile app. I wish it were more user-friendly, as it tends to crash frequently. While I wouldn’t necessarily call them “bugs,” there are definitely stability issues. There have been many times when I’ve tried to create an invoice in the app, only for it to crash and cause me to lose all the work I just entered. An auto-save feature that periodically saves progress to a draft would make a big difference. I really appreciate having a mobile app since I’m often on the go, but right now I can’t fully rely on it. Sometimes I end up recreating the same invoice multiple times before it finally saves successfully, which can be frustrating.
