Pros

  • I am very happy using referns for my invoicing purpose it saves lot of my time and is very easy to generate online I must say its value for money.

  • We love the ui , features we are getting in this price.

Cons

  • And for the successfull transactions they don't release the funds. The customer support is worst I have used in my experience.

  • I have sent multiple emails to care@refrens.com and info@refrens.com but no response received. I tried writing on support chat from the dashboard as well but the message fails to send everytime.

"Don't fall in trap, They don't pay the funds."

Overall: They are not paying my payout of Rs 45,820. The dashboard is clearly showing Rs. 45,820 as pending settlement. I have sent multiple emails to care@refrens.com and info@refrens.com but no response received. I tried writing on support chat from the dashboard as well but the message fails to send everytime. I think they have blocked my email. They only released 1 settlment of Rs 9k around and not releasing the higher amount. Scammers!!!

Pros: Nothing. They are liars and scammers as they don't pay freelancers money.

Cons: Most of the times international payments get failed. And for the successfull transactions they don't release the funds. The customer support is worst I have used in my experience.
