The dashboard is clearly showing Rs. 45,820 as pending settlement. I have sent multiple emails to care@refrens.com and info@refrens.com but no response received. I tried writing on support chat from the dashboard as well but the message fails to send everytime. I think they have blocked my email. They only released 1 settlment of Rs 9k around and not releasing the higher amount. Scammers!!! Pros Nothing. They are liars and scammers as they don't pay freelancers money. Cons Most of the times international payments get failed. And for the successfull transactions they don't release the funds. The customer support is worst I have used in my experience. Reason for choosing Refrens The alternative is not nearly close to this particular program at all did not like Zoho books so much we amazing customisation of invoice, quotation and billing layout is unmatched.
