It has helped organizing our calendars and lowering our admin and reservations by phone. There's lot's more to discover within Pro Agenda and we look forward to that. Pros Pro Agenda is currently the best of the rest, their customer support team is good and questions get solved on a pleasant way and short term. With all systems, back office support is key, buying is easy support will keep you on board. Cons User friendly for mobile devices as a pro user need updates, 99% of usage is done on a phone and improvements will help making this calendar even better. On the reporting side some improvements can be made too, or the ease of use of that. And it is easy to use after you discover all its characteristics. Moreover, its design allows you to visualize your days at a glance. Pros I love ProAgenda because basically it has everything you need to manage your business if you are a freelancer or if you do any other job in which you uhave to deal with client. It allows you to schedule appointments and tasks, to set specific features like price, time and location; to add clients - that will receive emails with appointment details; to share your agenda with people through link so that they can see when you are available. You can decide if you want to restrict appointments, to group clients and appointments and colors and a lot of other things that keep your work organized. They are a progressive company and are constantly updating and improving the system. Pros It’s so great to be in control of my diary from my phone at any time of the day. The feature that allows clients to book and pay 24 hours a day has meant I fill my diary more quickly and allows me to plan much more efficiently. Cons Sometimes the diary freezes and I have to close and re-open.
