Owner Sports Used the software for: 2+ years ### "ProAgenda is our lifeline in teh company with 10 professionals and group bookings" June 13, 2021 4.0 Overall we are satisfied with the product so far. Obviously it is being improved on a daily basis so it will get better and better. For now it's helping us making the best out of the Golf Academy. We experience little trouble with ProAgenda. It works 99,9% of the time and if there is any problem we call the helpdesk and they will fix it. Pros The overview of the agendas in ProAgenda is great and easy to use, all professionals in one environment. It helps us to fill all empty spots in a split second. We use a lot of group booking, once these are up and running it takes only little time to fill the agenda and get it going. Cons The combination with administration is difficult for us. I would prefer one system (if possible) with everything in it. Booking, admin, etc. An easy to use mailing tool (with mailchimp) will help for sure if we can make them in a professional way. This saves time and reduces the need to send emails back and forth trying to book a session Cons An Android App would be great for me to use at the raw end of booking, and would make it effectiveness even greater. Pros I like it’s simplicity and ability to link to online payments. These features help greatly along with the ability to have a master user who can oversee everything in your Academy. Cons Reporting is basic and still needs some more work in my opinion, it would be good to view reports on mobile also. Packages and how they report also needs looking at with costs not breaking down in reports correctly at the moment. Packages could also be more prominent on the page and have direct links on mobile like they do on a pc and the same with register now being more prominent. I would really like to see the reporting tweaked to make finance analysis easier and less manual. It has helped organizing our calendars and lowering our admin and reservations by phone. There's lot's more to discover within Pro Agenda and we look forward to that. Pros Pro Agenda is currently the best of the rest, their customer support team is good and questions get solved on a pleasant way and short term. With all systems, back office support is key, buying is easy support will keep you on board. Cons User friendly for mobile devices as a pro user need updates, 99% of usage is done on a phone and improvements will help making this calendar even better. Support is always quick and happy to help. Pros Good system with all of the features you need to keep on top of bookings and hold a database of client information. Multi Pro system a must have for anywhere with more that 1 or 2 coaches. Cons Mobile App is very outdated. Crashes and logs out every time it opens. Adding info on the drop of menus is difficult. And it is easy to use after you discover all its characteristics. Moreover, its design allows you to visualize your days at a glance. Pros I love ProAgenda because basically it has everything you need to manage your business if you are a freelancer or if you do any other job in which you uhave to deal with client. It allows you to schedule appointments and tasks, to set specific features like price, time and location; to add clients - that will receive emails with appointment details; to share your agenda with people through link so that they can see when you are available. You can decide if you want to restrict appointments, to group clients and appointments and colors and a lot of other things that keep your work organized. They are a progressive company and are constantly updating and improving the system. Pros It’s so great to be in control of my diary from my phone at any time of the day. The feature that allows clients to book and pay 24 hours a day has meant I fill my diary more quickly and allows me to plan much more efficiently. ProAgenda gives the possibility to my clients to book an appointment anytime they want, it's huge! Pros What I like the most is the ease of use and the ability to promote through the software. Cons I didn't use the online payment option for my clients so I cannot say if it's good. Recently an app was released for the clients to book their appointments. Pros From day one it felt like the pressure of lesson booking was relieved. I had previously used a paper diary and taken bookings through phone,email and in person. It was becoming overwhelming. Putting it all through this one channel and allowing clients to book themselves in has been great.
