Vice-President Marketing Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Most useful plugin for a manufacturers website" May 19, 2020 5.0 We use this plugin on 3 platforms, and on 3 levels which is B2C, B2B and selling to Sub Distributors and a few different pricing levels for customer. SO this is great and since we are linked with our accounting, perfect for us. Pros We use this plugin to enable our customer to buy in bulk at a wholesale price of course. We can easily integrate it with our forms to enable customers to create accounts and the versatility for prices for customers is just literally insane. Cons To be honest, it's hard to find something wrong about it. So far, and I've been using it on many sites, this was not the first, it over performed so unless we speak about the fact that they don't offer a NET30 gateway to go along with it or something like that which is obviously not the basic purpose of this plugin, I don't have anything bad to say about it. Switched from [QuickBooks Online](https://www.capterra.com/p/190778/QuickBooks-Online/) Well the basic reason was that the integration with WooCommerce was forcing us to recreate a lot of products and it was too painful plus the fact that our warehouse didn't have any connector to Trade Gecko while WooCommerce was compatible. I would like it if my customers didn't have to log in and place orders themselves. I want to take orders over the phone or email, then enter the sales myself so my customers have to do as little as possible. Pros I'm just getting started with wholesale, and this is the product that was most highly recommended by people in a WooCommerce user group. I had an issue with a registration form not showing on my Divi site, and their customer support logged in and solved my problem in a handful of hours. I thought that was great service. Cons There was a glitch showing the wholesale registration form on my Divi site. Reason for choosing Wholesale Suite I went off the recommendations of people in a WooCommerce user group. Pros Great that when a wholesale customer orders they get the wholesale price by logging in and it syncs inventory correctly! Doing invoices in Square at retail store does not sync properly and I’m always having to do inventory when I go deliver soap to our retailers. This software fixes that issue and also we can just have our customers order online and then we can ship as well instead of having to deliver. Cons I wish there was a more visibility as to where to enter wholesale prices. If someone other than me enters a new product, they sometimes have a hard time finding where to enter wholesale pricing. The conditional pricing feature is perfect as well as sometimes you need something a bit out of the box when setting up your own wholesale rules and this plugin suite delivers in the best way possible. Cons I would love to see some shared inventory functionality with the plugin for bundled products. It would be great to list a base amount of products that another bundle could draw from and the individual items that make up that bundle could be reduced. We had to resource some 3rd party softwares that didn't really capture the function 100% but it worked enough but it would have been great if this was a native function within this suite. Pros Separating Consumers from Wholesellers when it comes to pricing, product quantity, shipping and payment service, Wholesale Suite delivers more then the competitors per invested dollar. Cons We are also using the plugin All import pro and All export pro. These plugins are not 100% compatible when importing new values. But maybe this is more a problem to solve for All import pro. Pros It saves me so much time by sending my wholesale buyers straight to my site and not having to manually create any orders or invoices. Makes everything really straight forward and accessible. Cons Set up is a bit complex, especially for those less tech savvy. I have it all set now but did encounter some issues at first where the fix was a little un-obvious. However the support team are very good and have always helped me get to the bottom of any issues. Pros I love how easy it is to have clients look through order forms and get everything they need in one place, in a nice package. It's intuitive on the backend and the frontend, which makes business better for everyone. Cons I have zero issues with this software. Our wholesale network has been really pleased with the new system and it is helping to increase sales and reduce workload. Support is first class and all interactions with the company have been enriching. Cons We had some teething issues but these were mostly due to our theme files. I would like to see it easier to manage products and prices as it all gets a little confusing with variation products, this is as much a Woo/WP issue as this plugin. Pros Takes care of many things we need in a pretty comprehensible way. Not only wholesale prices, of course, but just as importantly: to display prices without VAT for wholesale customers but still add and charge it at checkout (how it works when selling B2B in Sweden). It's also easy to exclude some consumer products from wholesale customers and vice versa, making it easy to have one shop for all. The order form is an appreciated gem.
