Das Tool funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig. Die Anbindung an Jira zur Synchronisation der Notizen funktioniert sehr gut.

Pros

Die Einfachheit und das ansprechende Design tragen dazu bei, dass auch nicht technisch versierten Nutzer schnell Feedback zu einer Webseite/-applikation geben können.

Cons

Einige kleinere spezielle Features, wie z.B. das Priorisieren von Notizen würde ich mir noch wünschen.

Pros

Nootiz ist einfach und leicht zu bedienen. Man braucht keine Einarbeitungszeit und kann direkt loslegen. Super ist, dass man die Task direkt dem weitern Projektteam zuweisen kann und dass man nach seinen Aufgaben filtern kann.

Cons

Es wäre toll, wenn man seine Aufgaben priorisieren könnte.

Auch unsere Kunden kommen damit sehr gut zurecht und davon sind einige nur wenig affin in der Nutzung von Software..

Leichter Austausch von Änderungswünschen mit dem Kunden

Cons

Manchmal geht der Punkt verloren, der ausgewählt wurde und mit der mobilen Version der Website ist es auch schon mal problematisch zu arbeiten.. weil das nicht ganz klar zu unterscheiden ist..

Pros

Nootiz ist eine sehr benutzerfreundliche und hilfreiche Software. Die Möglichkeiten Websites direkt kommentieren zu können, erleichtert den Feedbackprozess enorm. Die Kommentare können dem richtigen Bereich/Block zugeordnet werden und jeder sieht, was wo und wie nicht passt bzw. geändert erden soll. Das Kommentieren funktioniert ganz einfach, schnell und ist verständlich aufgebaut.

Cons

Mobile und Desktop können nicht getrennt kommentiert werden, was die Zuordnung der Kommentare etwas schwer macht (man muss immer Mobile bzw. Desktop am Beginn des Kommentars einfügen).
