Pros
The layout of everything is fantastic, to be able to keep automatic flight logs from Airdata automatically is awesome.
This really is a great tool for any drone user. It's simplistic yet comprehensive design makes it so easy to use and with regular updates it just keeps getting better.
Excellent support, with a clean UI and after learning the software and how it behaves, can be very beneficial to workflow. The planning and map functionality is excellent.
In terms of use this is the best and simplest effective form of organising your business it keeps everything in one place and the ease of use makes everything clean and clear.
Cons
The dashboard has a lot of options and I'm not sure they're all necessary for most users. For example, "Leads", "Locations" and "Batteries" could be optional in a programmable menu system.
I can't think of anything that's missing really.
The link between the different categories of projects, leads, and clients is a little confusing.
In the beginning, it was a little difficult to use but now is very streamlined.

Overall: All the required planning information is in one place, takes away the need to be in different apps to ascertain the correct information. This reduces time spent planning operations.
Pros: The plans are fantastic and save a lot of time in the planning stages for commercial operations.
Cons: Not being able to set or format the page to how I would like to see it.

Overall: I have only been using this software for a relatively short period but find it very useful
Pros: The software provides all the necessary aspects of logging UAS flights and associated maintenance records. It is easy to use and provides excellent reports.

"After trialling many systems I have finally found one that meets all our business needs."
Overall: Many alternative systems were trialled before the permanent switch to Dronedesk was made. I find the user interface, reliability of the system and also the way it can be personalised can not be rivalled. I have always found the assistance offered by the support team to be exceptional too. Overall finding a new flight planning system was daunting, however this not only replaces the old system with everything that is required, it provides even more comprehensive information that saves a lot of admin work. The service has been approved by both administration and also active pilots.
Pros: We have integrated the service seamlessly into our everyday business. It's extremely easy to customise and the customer support has been exceptional. I find that the overall efficiency of the service is superb.
Cons: None - With the exceptional support offered by the service any additional requirements have always been met with ease

"Genuine potential to be the go to software"
Overall: It’s good. It would be great to add a few features into the flight planning process. For example, we can add a flight area, but adding a 30m radius for take off and landing would be useful, particularly in urban environments. Would it be possible to port it into an App? As we’re mobile operators, it would be useful to have an app on the iPad for example.
Pros: The various views to see the jobs were excellent. In particular, I love the pre flight checks aspect, it is quick yet in depth and literally ticks all the right boxes. It’s easy to navigate and is feature rich, so I’m enjoying using it so far.
Cons: The adverts. Guys, I know google ads brings in revenue, but they look awful and are distracting from the software. I would even pay a nominal fee to get them removed from my account, like they offer in several apps.
