Pros

Everyone in our organization loves HiThrive! We use to for peer-to-peer recognition, awards/nominations, and celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries! This has made a significant positive impact on our internation workforce to behave as one-team and keep engaged!

Cons

Would love to see more customizable features surrounding rewards (a feature that would help control cost)
