Cons

Overall positive. I would like to have 'easier' ways to keep conversations open as well as more advanced features to 'follow-up' with my engaging clients.

Pros

I like that Wati enables us to aggregate our social media activity into one place. it also allows us to monitor 'different' types of engagement and assign different types of responses accordingly.

Cons

The bugs! Unfortunately, we've had a few this year. Starting with the names of the clients displayed all the way to broken connections to other social media accounts

Pros

It's easy to use, value for money and makes our message sending smooth and trackable. Customisation and how it will look in the receiver's phone make it more better to use.

Cons

There are some bugs & issues, such as when the reminder doesn't go off from the Meta side, so you have to check to be sure. But with constant improvement and fixes, I guess this will get better.

Wati came as a solution to many manual problems we had at my company. It allowed us to diversify and increase mass chat production in the auditing area in Colombia. Without a doubt, it is a quality product that will help you automate and stay on top of all situations in your companies or chats.

Pros

The automations are efficient, fast, and very manageable. It has been very user-friendly. Compared to other platforms, this one is much more dynamic.

Cons

So far, I like everything. Most of the features are very good. I would highlight that even the support service is good during other countries' business hours.

My Overall experience with WATI is good. Its very useful but a little bit costly but its giving a lot of features that will enhance your business.

Pros

I like the most about WATI is customer support and chatbot. Its really helpful for me. Chatbot setup and implementation is very easy at WATI. I loved it. And Its integration with google sheet is plus.

Cons

Its server issue, most of the time its shows timeout or no conversation found. It is very disappointing for me.

Pros

Setting up campaigns on WATI is fairly simple and they have a really good retry mechanism which sets it apart.

Cons

Updating user attributes takes time and is a time consuming process. There is a small learning curve too.

Pros

It’s helpful in terms of maintains leads and auto nurturing. We have been using it since a couple of years now (after multiple products pivot we finally found this which serves our need)
