Integration and implementation is quick and easy, and makes daily use pretty straight forward for our team. Since we started using Wati we've seen an increase in our customer interactions and participation so it is definitely a good bet as an WhatsApp tool. Pros The best part of the software is the variety of options available for running campaigns, especially the Re-try option to failed contacts, which is very needed as otherwise manually retrying is very time consuming. We have seen a good send ratio because of this option. Also creating campaigns are very easy and running broadcasting is few clicks. Cons The least about it is there is no direct on call customer support, every time we need to depends on send mail and then waiting for them to reply. Connecting the flow of data from wati to google sheets has been hassle free and data is complete as per customisation and instantaneously updated. Pros Best thing about Wati is the creation of work flows and easy to use interface in terms of template and integrations, have been using it for over an year now for multiple clients. Pros - 1. Ease of setup, Wati is quite easy to setup and did not require any code even in it's initial phase. 2. Creation of Template and chatbots - One of the KPI's of Wati is it's user friendly interface. Creation of Template and it's preview meanwhile on the backend creating a chatbot is very convenient and it does offer a lot of options to customise the flow of chatbots. Cons In terms of lead generation it is tough to get the analytics data on the dashboard. While exporting the users who have replied we can get their name and phone numbers but the replies are missing.
