In general happy. But when tasks occur they are taken in an automated way in 3 seconds, please distribute them equally.

Pros

It has become faster to work in since last year. Fast and seamless payment often. Daily jobs very good.

Cons

QA is slow. QA bad for Danish, most things becoming ignored. AI proposals for Danish getting worse. For payment you send 3 mails, only the third has an amount. Send only one mail and with amount.

My overall experience with Lilt has been positive. The platform is user-friendly, the working time tracking system is efficient, and communication tools are helpful, although sometimes I’m unsure where to report specific issues.

Pros

I like their system of calculating working time. It’s very efficient and helps me keep track of how much I’ve worked on each project.

Cons

I think tasks related to specific translators should be communicated via email. For example, EN to MY translators should only be emailed about EN to MY translation tasks. Lately, I've been receiving a lot of email tasks that are not related to my language pair, which can be confusing and time-consuming. Also, sometimes I face specific difficulties or issues that I would like to communicate, but I'm not sure where or how to reach out for help. It would be really helpful if there were a clear point of contact or support system dedicated to resolving these kinds of concerns.

After more than 5 years of working with you and this platform, I am completely satisfied with the results.

Pros

The ease of its platform for translating, reviewing, and correcting immediately without any problems.

Cons

Every day, I receive multiple (10/20) invitations already taken by other linguists, and it is a waste of time and very annoying. I hope you correct this problem.

I have worked at Lilt for quite a few years and hope to keep adding, as it's one of my best work providers. I like its professionals and tools, as well as its consistency in payments.

Pros

The PMs are friendly, and the platform is clean and intuitive.

Cons

Task assignments are often first come, first served, which may be annoying. Also, I think this may lead to poorer outputs as the translators assigned may not be that versed in those tasks/domains.

It's been great because the lines of geographical boundaries does not exist in lilt, everyone is carried along equally.

Pros

I love how Lily gives proper and prompt communication to its linguists about their expectations and client expectations as the case may be.

Cons

I feel they should improve a bit on the interface. Though no product is perfect but they should work on increasing simplicity of the UI

Pros

It is generally a very well-functioning platform that allows for many efficiency tools.

Cons

There is rarely an option to check translation in context or with context, and this is quite often an advantage for linguists.
