It's also very difficult to claim a job. Pros The suggested translations on Lilt Translate are generally of very good quality so once you get the hang of the basic shortcuts it can be pretty fast to do a translation. Cons Searching the TM is not super straight forward. Also, the claiming process is not great (perhaps the volume of work is not enough for the volume of linguists).
