Cons The integration with the app is not as easy for me. I cannot get Notifications to work, the SIG code pull downs are time consuming. Can really be hard to communicate with a Covetrus team member though if you are having a problem Pros It automatically inputs script to med record Cons \-If you don't type in name exactly right can be hard to find product -If you client is not in the system it would be nice that it pre-populates the client when it asks you to search manually. Covetrus Prescription Management helped cushion the blow. Pros I like how easy Covetrus Prescription Management is to use. It was a breeze to setup and maintaining prescriptions through this platform is easy for our staff, including some not-so-computer-savvy receptionists. It saves us time and clients love the promotions! Cons The billing is a mess. Charge us then debit us for each individual order. It's a mess for our accountant to figure out. I love how it integrates with our Evet software so seamlessly and also how it alerts us in our email that there are prescriptions waiting for review. Cons It is overall very user friendly but sometimes I have to play around with it for awhile to figure it out. They make it very easy to find the medication you need and all of the different forms it is available in. Again, we would love to use this as our general online pharmacy if given the opportunity. We love that it is easily integrated with our PIMS and our customers have been very satisfied with the services as well. Pros We currently only use the compounding component of the rx management. We love it and it is very easy to use. We would love to use it for all of our online pharmacy needs if given the opportunity from VetCor. Cons I do not think we have used enough of the program to have any complaints at this time. Would like the diets a little easier to find and for notifications to be sent out to the clients sooner when a product is on backorder. Pros We can control in house inventory more efficiently with putting prescription diets and medications in for online order. Cons The diets can be difficult to find at times. I love that the prescription automatically goes into the patients chart! I love that they contact the owner for approval and denial of prescriptions. Pros The ease of approving/writing prescriptions and the write back feature into Avimark. Cons The auto refill can be confusing for clients and can also be difficult to stop once started.
