## What is 80/20 Quality?

Simple shopfloor error-tracking and nonconformance management tool to help drive continuous improvement and meet 3rd party standard requirements including: ISO9001, AS9100, IATF16949, SQF (and other GFSI standards), ISO17025, ISO13485. A simple user-interface makes logging issues easy for front-line employees. In-app and email notifications allow anyone to be in the loop during all phases of the nonconformance process. Customizable dropdowns allow for improved reporting and custom analytics.

for me I use the 80/20 principles in my business unit, it helps me achieve the necessary results

Pros

What I liked the most about the software was usability and easy navigation.

Cons

There is no point that makes it difficult to use, it was very easy to use and I highly recommend it.

80/20 has allowed us to track our Non-conformances in real time. It gave us a platform to easily visualize what is going on in our quality department and, more importantly, follow through with each case. At 80/20's price point, it just makes sense to use it as a resource.

Pros

Once we began using this software, the area's that needed improvement quickly became obvious. The data is collected and presented in a helpful way to find the issues we should have been paying attention to before. The application is straightforward and easy to use. The ability to lease hardware at an affordable price makes it easy to justify bringing tablets onto the floor without worrying about replacements if damaged.

Cons

Being ISO certified, implementing this software while following existing procedure seems to be the most challenging aspect. We are new users, so we are currently still making the switch over.

80/20 allows for us to communicate issues quickly. If there is a non-conformance we can quickly document it and management is able to close the issue quickly. Since the reporting is now electronic it allows for quicker and easier documentation.

Pros

The app allows us to communicate non-conformances between each other quickly and easily. The mobility allows us to snap a picture with our phone and document the issue without having the use of paper. 80/20 is easy to use, and allows for management to make quick dispositions of the non-conformances.

Cons

I have yet to find a con of the 80/20 app.
