Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van +- 8000 SKU. Optiply heeft dit veel eenvoudiger gemaakt voor ons en bespaart bijzonder veel werk. Ook worden er minder fouten gemaakt. Cons Instap is behoorlijk prijzig. Wat je er voor terug krijgt is het echter 100% waard. Onduidelijkheden worden hierdoor snel weggenomen. Pros Tijdsbesparing doordat je niet zelf hoeft te rekenen. Lagere voorraad dus minder geld wat "vast staat" Cons onze inkoop is in USD, het systeem houdt geen rekening met de wisselkoers waardoor de voorraadwaarde in dit systeem niet kloppend is. Optiply houdt inderdaad geen rekening met wisselkoers en in verband met de complexiteit zal dit ook niet op korte termijn op de roadmap komen te staan. De investering meer dan waard. Pros De software is makkelijk te implementeren en zorgt voor een perfecte ondersteuning bij het doen van inkopen. Optiply biedt een goede ondersteuning bij het optimaliseren van onze voorraden. Daarnaast is de support ook goed. Cons Het is jammer dat optiply geen goed inkoopadvies kan geven bij nieuwe producten (wel logisch). Dit moet handmatig gecheckt worden. Dat kost veel tijd bij een wat grotere webshop. Zijn er altijd wanneer er vragen zijn. Pros Het systeem is door iedereen eenvoudig te gebruiken. Het is erg overzichtelijk en duidelijk. Cons Optiply heeft in de laatste jaren altijd exact de juiste updates uitgevoerd. Wanneer er iets gemist werd, werd dat zeker serieus genomen en werd/word er gekeken hoe ze dit kunnen aanpakken.
