Pros The best feature is the pre-set sequence of how it is put together and at the end it give you feedback of how viable your idea is Cons One improvement might be to be able to ask a question when the AI answer is not exactly what you had in mind. I feed I waist my AI generated answers and I can not ask a more specific question to the answer it gave me. Also the button that you have to click to say you are complete with a section unless you put the button at the top for a reason it might be a good idea to move it to below the notes box. I think it would be excellent if, at the end of the business plan, it could generate a summarized pitch deck for investors. Pros It saved me a lot of time in writing a business plan, something that used to take me weeks or even months. Cons What I liked the least was that the competitor suggestions focused primarily on the U.S. and European markets, rather than the Latin American market, which is more relevant to my case. There are closer and more direct competitors that were overlooked. It's helped me do something I've put off for too long, which is create my business plan! Pros I love the business plan creation. Cons There's little i don't like, the only thing I've noticed so far that ia a bit frustrating is that i can't seem to make the AI helper work in the sections where I'm building my products, but that might be a simple glitch. I have previously used another BP that was full of business jargon and complicated to navigate... hence I scoured the internet to find the right business plan that is user-friendly and offers a "roadmap" and guidance on how to complete each chapter which is where the AI feature comes in handy. IdeaBuddy is exactly that. I will definitely recommend this to new, inexperience entrepreneurs. Pros IdeaBuddy asks all the right question which helped me clarify/define my project to the greatest detail. Cons I have not found anything I didn't like. " August 26, 2024 4.0 Pros I have a rough business plan but the process of building has been tedious. I tend to let it sit for a long time (which I know I shouldn't do) because I feel unmotivated to tackle the areas I struggle with aka SWOT. (I like that it helps me organize my objectives and key milestones into a digestable map I feel confident with. It also inspires more structured thinking around my vision and mission. Cons I can't say it's been super intuitive to use. When I started I was a bit unclear how it was using the information to support my need for a business plan. It felt like it was just asking me to write down my ideas, mission, etc and then not produce anything with it beyond that. July 17, 2024 4.0 I only got through the trial but I did spend a good bit of time testing and filling in the different sections. Even with as much time as I put in, I feel like I only scratched the surface of what it can do. I initially put my information into the wrong section so I wasn't able to create an actual business plan out of my notes. Once I realized my mistake, I was nearing the end of the trial. Once I did jump into the business plan section though, the system opened my eyes to several things I hadn't thought of and was very helpful in walking me through everything I need to consider when drawing up my plan. Highly recommend if you are looking for a step by step way to create a business plan and really dive into what it will take to truly launch your business. Pros Comprehensive tool that is great for fleshing out new business ideas and for writing detailed businesses plans. Working with percentage in budget planning+++ Cons There are too many blocked sections while in the trial version.
