En effet, elles sont mises à jour en permanence, nous permettant de mieux contrôlés les profils intéressants pour nos campagnes de communication. De plus, il est très facile de récupérer du contenu d'un profil, même si celui-ci a expiré. Enfin, la fonction 'Campagne Kolsquare' est très appréciée pour ma part car elle est simple d'utilisation et très efficace pour préparer son bilan de campagne. Nous avons plusieurs campagnes à gérer chaque semestre, parfois plusieurs sur la même période, donc l'outil est facilitateur. Nous gagnons en temps, en efficacité et en résultat grâce à lui. Pros Ce que nous aimons particulièrement dans l'outil c'est la possibilité de gérer plusieurs campagnes en même temps, sans limite. L'outil de reporting est également très bien fait, son ergonomie le rend simple d'utilisation et la compréhension des résultats n'en est que facilitée. Cons Nous avons eu quelques petits soucis concernant le moteur de recherche qui manquait légèrement de précision, mais cela n'empêche pas son utilisation globale. Notre account manager nous a donné quelques tips qui rendent désormais la recherche bien plus efficace.
