Owner Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A good workhorse if you have an API integration" September 18, 2024 4.0 Customer service has been very responsive. Pros EasyPost offers their services without a monthly fee, and they integrate via API with other platforms. Prices are competitive. Cons There is no direct integration with WooCommerce--or, to my knowledge, with other ecommerce platforms. That means their dashboard isn't as useful, because pending orders aren't shown there. I don't like that the account has to be funded in advance rather than labels being billed to a credit card as they are purchased. Pros I like the selection of postage options EasyPost offers. Then their customer service is horrible" April 8, 2026 1.0 Horrible customer service for a broken package claim. It has been ongoing for over 5 months and we still have not been reimbursed. Pros It was fairly easy to ship thru FAIRE. Their rates are competitive somewhat but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We would NEVER recommend them to anyone! Cons When we had a damaged Products the company kept putting us off even after submitting photos of the damage and packing material. After 5 months they still are asking for more photos and explanations. At this point they are way past the time frame allowed for UPS and FEDEX so obviously they are trying to get out of paying the claim! We will never use them again to ship our products thru FAIRE or any other of the websites we do business on including Michaels and Walmart. Stay away from these people! They are not worth the risk. THey are review rated at 4.0 but they should be rated at 1.0! They also cover a lot of features which competitors do not have, such as batch label printing. Cons The website UI leaves a little to be desired, but it's straightforward enough. Could be improved with better search/filtering capabilities. President Sporting Goods Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Reliable and Efficient" June 30, 2020 5.0 Pros We've been using this EasyPost for our online shipping since 2016. It is so much more reliable than our previous shipping service, has very little down time, and the customer service is decently responsive for the rare occasions when the shipping API has had errors or down time. Cons In a recent update they made the customer lookup less intuitive. Reason for choosing EasyPost We needed an API that would work with our custom website. Easypost provides that. Managing Director Computer Software Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Easypost the solution to global shipping" December 3, 2024 3.0 Its been OK. The support is actually very good and responsive despite us being in the UK and them being in the US. We have used other vendors in the past and Easypost has been the best so far. Pros It allows us to integrate with one software provider and opens up a whole network of global couriers and services that we can then offer in our product to our customers. Cons Its so complicated, not necessarily Easypost directly but moreso the world of shipping and frieght so its actually taken us about 4 years before we have a product that most of our customers are happy with. They have also done updates recently that have slowed the API calls down by 200% which has a knock on effect on our services to our customer. The features we use are the basics of just purchasing shipments Cons Some of the reporting isn't as detailed as we need so we have to create our own reports after we download the initial Also trying to force orders thru when there is a PO Box it only displays USPS when other software allows us to use Fedex. So much cheaper than everyone else. We soon found out why. Cons I have honestly never had a more horrific experience with a company. We were so thrilled to find shipping help for our small business at a reasonable price, but now we've spent thousands of dollars trying to repair what Easypost has done. A combination of miscounting inventory, losing entire cases, transitioning warehouses without notice, damaging product with box cutters (and sending those products to customers), and not honoring first-in-first-out inventory rotation, this has by far been the worst business relationship I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Stay far, far away. Even if you're evaluating them for their software and not 3PL services, their extreme unprofessionalism and lack of client support translates to their entire business. Overall just a seamless experience. Pros What i like most about easypost is that it always justs works. Its seamless in our software and makes shipping supplies to patients effortless. I would recommend using the service if you consider integrating to few shipping carriers. We had to purchase this as part of another software package and we are trying to like it but it's ridiculously frustrating to use. For the long term maybe it would make sense but right now we're dumping a ton of time into shipping tasks that only take us minutes in stamps.com or shipstation. Pros Honestly nothing so far, we're stumped by this but we're basically going in circles just trying to do simple tasks like creating a batch of usps shipping labels from a csv file, something that is easy to do in almost every other software. It is worth using it, I did not face any struggles. Pros the product has been tied up with multiple courier services and they act as a third party, but overall delivery is good and reliable. Cons I don't find anything wrong with it and it is cheap also compared to the direct services. they also have multiple tie-ups which is an advantage to deliver the product on time.
