I like using the product and having \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] there each year to guide me. It's a bit tough to recall everything when you only do it once a year. But, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and ACA-Track make my year-end process significantly easier.

Pros

I like the fact that I don't have to stress each year about our 1095's. The process is simple and the support I receive from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is top notch.

Cons

Navigation is a bit tough at times, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helps guide me.

My overall experience would be a 9 out of 10 scale. It was simple and the customer support was outstanding.

Pros

The software was easy to use and quick. If you can work excel, you can import your information in and get completed with your tasks.

Cons

There was not a dislike with this software. I was very pleased with it.

ACA Track is a great product, but it is the customer support team that makes the difference - they are knowledgeable and very quick to respond to customer questions regarding specific coding for ACA regulations and compliance

Pros

The software is easy to use operationally, with only a brief training before the user is ready to go

Cons

The software is easy to use, just make sure you have the right file imported!

My overall experience has been great. My representative is always there to help and besides being very nice - she is very knowledgeable!

Pros

The software is fairly easy to use. When I do have an issue (user issue), I contact ACA representative and quickly have the issue disappear!

Cons

I tend to go back to my notes frequently since I generally only use this software annually.

Overall our experience was excellent. Edris was caring and very helpful in meeting our goals and met all of the federal deadlines.

Pros

The software was easy to use, efficient and allowed the district to meet all of its goals.

Cons

Having to go in and out of different systems to confirm. It might be helpful if it interfaced better with Munis.
