It's a bit tough to recall everything when you only do it once a year. But, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and ACA-Track make my year-end process significantly easier. Pros I like the fact that I don't have to stress each year about our 1095's. The process is simple and the support I receive from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is top notch. Cons Navigation is a bit tough at times, but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] helps guide me. The tech people are equally as good at solving problems that pertain to the unique way that we use Munis. I would highly recommend them for your ACA Tracking needs. Pros ACA-Track makes tracking our Subs easy and efficient! We used to try to keep up on a spreadsheet and it was almost impossible. This was a game changer! Cons None at this time. The customer service you receive from ACA-Track is phenomenal. I have never been disappointed with the process from start to finish. With us being a small district, we have to relay on expert help from programs such as these. I cannot live without this program! Cons There is nothing I don't like about this program! Everyone should have it--it eases your mind when it comes to reporting time! Reason for choosing ACA-Track I have been a huge fan of PSST ever since I joined School Finance over 7 years ago. My representative is always there to help and besides being very nice - she is very knowledgeable! Pros The software is fairly easy to use. When I do have an issue (user issue), I contact ACA representative and quickly have the issue disappear!
