March 17, 2025 4.0 Honestly, I cannot picture performing my Life Safety duties without the help of Surglogs. Being that I wear two hats at the center, having the reminders from Surglogs helps me stay on track. It helps me stay ahead with the scheduling of drills and the scheduling of required PM's by vendors. These days Surglogs has become a vital part of my daily duties. Pros The organization it provides along with the daily reminders regarding inspections or testing that are due. Cons I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about Surglogs. The onboarding manager and his team have been extremely supportive and made the process incredibly smooth. The system is generally very user friendly, but the team has offered and conducted multiple training sessions to accommodate our large rollout over sixteen ASC locations. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Pros The ability to easily customize the logs and various tools for each ASC location in our enterprise. This allowed for a general flawless transition across 16 surgery centers to go from paper to the Surglogs platform. Cons Some difficulties with customizing emergency drill scenarios. They have easy chat function, schedule of calls when needed, and are partnering with large corporations to support the ASC side. We were not included in the 2012 EHR mandate by federal regulations. They are bridging the gap. Pros The ease of use, the training available, the document storage for EH, personnel, education, licenses, and other regulatory documents. The storage and one stop shop to remove storage of paper documents. This is not only green but creates a cost savings for long term documents storage. I serve as Safety Officer and Radiology Officer for our small center. Without Surglogs, I would not be as proficient at my job. Surglogs keeps our center working as a team allowing us to all be accountable for daily, monthly , quarterly and annually logs. Surglogs is very user friendly and the customer support is impeccable. Cons There are a few options that I would like to have such as having logs renew at the start of each month or year. Logs are easy to complete, and being able to have some of the standard information pre-populate has been really helpful. Pros This software has made it easy to keep the necessary logs at the surgery center. The color coded reminders have been great to help staff not miss any logs. The ones due or over due are easy to identify. Cons I haven't ran into anything I dislike about the software.
