SwiftSales has been monumental in helping us provide efficient customer support, manage leads much more efficiently, improve our payment recording, and track our website traffic more effectively.

Pros

User-friendly dashboard , easy integration ability, large feature set , and efficient customer support.

Cons

The availability of an audio/call feature could be a bonus point for us, but we would more offer this as a suggestion rather than a dislike/con.

We used Tidio for a while, but the cost over time became a bit higher than we expected going into it. After doing some research we landed on SwiftSales, the features of which were very similar to Tidio. After trying SwiftSales for a while, we ended up completing the switch fairly quickly as the price for the same feature set was much better and we prefer the user experience of SwiftSales.

SwiftSales has significantly improved our operations at TechnBrains through its impressive integrations. Here's what we appreciate the most.SwiftSales seamlessly connects with a wide array of essential tools and platforms. QuickBooks ensures our financial operations run smoothly, while it’s CRM help us automate our lead management and invoicing system. The inclusion of ChatGPT Swiftbot brings a human touch to our customer support, allowing us to engage with each of our visitors timely, and on more personal level. SwiftSales also help us ensure that our financial transactions are secure and seamless with its integrations like PayPal, Authorize.net, and Stripe.

Cons

Its good has Audio/Video feature and schedule meeting from the chat widget.
