It helps drivers to work efficiently. It's great that I can access the POS whenever I am even on my phone.I rated the chance of recommendation "Neutral" since there is still a lot to learn about the system until I can make sure I know what I recommend. We needed a lot of local integrations, without S4D we would not have been able to have a good overview of our business. Pros One system for our total business, consisting off: HQ data and reporting, Operations KPI, customer reviews, loyalty integration, e-com (adaptive website) app, kitchen management, marketing execution, menu management Cons When we started working with S4D, a couple of years ago they did not offer all the features we needed at that time. But that is now 4 years ago. Now they offer everything we need to run our business. We love the new self ordering kiosk they developed, at really low pricing. Reason for choosing S4D Because they offered a long term solutions, with the capability to develop new features. I use it daily. Cons I don't have anything bad to say, it is a bit annoying to write the login code when using it but I understand that it is needed to privacy and security of the data.
