Siamo spiacenti per le difficoltà incontrate con il nostro questionario attitudinale. Siamo altresì lieti di informarla che dal mese di ottobre 2024, abbiamo introdotto la possibilità di registrarsi sulla nostra piattaforma, permettendo di salvare le risposte del questionario. Questo evita la necessità di ripeterlo per ogni nuova candidatura. Pros Permette di selezionare i candidati in base ad attitudini e permette di trovare le persone giuste per la posizione e per l'azienda. Cons è un software in continua evoluzione, ci sono tante aree di miglioramento, ma la comunicazione con il team è molto aperta e hanno fatto diversi aggiornamenti che non hanno fatto altro che migliorare il servizio. Parto sempre che il fattore umano sia comunque quello principale, ma scoprire le caratteristiche più forti di un soggetto e le aree in cui proprio non sarebbe il caso di inserirlo aiuta a prevenire errori di inserimento. Pros Guru Jobs è un valido aiuto nella fase di screening di tutte le candidature, sia quelle spontanee (consente di "scremare" quelle pervenute evitando di perdere tempo a coinvolgere persone non in linea) sia quelle veicolate (integra l'opinione avvenuta con il primo colloquio andando a confermare o rettificare quanto letto dal cv e percepito dal contatto). Aiuta inoltre ad identificare con chiarezza i punti di forza e le aree di miglioramento di ogni candidato, consentendo di comprendere anche dove e come far crescere professionalmente le persone. Cons In alcuni casi mi capitato che, pur indicando il corretto link per lo svolgimento del test, il candidato fosse poi direzionato verso il test legato ad una posizione diversa. Credo inoltre che sarebbe più utile, quando si accede all'elenco dei candidati, vedere prima gli ultimi che hanno effettuato il test.
