"Acronis Cypber Protect Cloud - Jack of all trades, master of none"

**Pros:** Able to backup different OS on different platform. Agent-less backup with VMware and hyper-V. All in one solution for backup, EDR, Microsoft 365 backup, Google Workspace backup, ticketing Easy to contact support as MSP

**Cons:** Backup estimation time is always inaccurate. Agent based backup all other platforms except for VMware and hyper-V. Difficulty when restoring backups stored in the Acronis Appliance. Very costly if storing backups in Acronis Cloud Can be confusing when integrating Acronis EDR and Windows Defender

"Acronis Review"

**Pros:** I like the Ease of use and reliability.

**Cons:** The dashboard takes a while to load sometimes

**Reasons for Switching to Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud:** It wasn't owned by Barracuda when we switched. They changed the pricing model on us, and greatly reduced our profit margin
