LeadKlozer’s Post/Ad Tracker dashboard is a great example of bringing to gether super useful information in one place. It shows all my posts and ads for all my Facebook pages in one place. And on top of that, it shows all my comments across all of that I have that need to be replied to. This is such genius. It’s great that I can keep on engaging with my leads without going from one page to another, because I can access all my Facebook pages within LeadKlozer. I also can’t tell you how important it is to see so much more contextual information for each contact as I’m working all throughout LeadKlozer. Inside Facebook, all you know is their name. Now I can see their status I’ve assigned them, their Smart Score, and all the ways I can communicate with them directly. This context makes a huge difference for how much time I spend responding to these people. This is a tool that every social media marketer should be using. Pros LeadKlozer is simply the best new tool for social media marketers I’ve seen in a long time. And I’ve used them all. They actually show the important and actionable information that other tools just don’t have in ways that I can scan and see what I need to make fast, intelligent decisions... like how to reply to important leads when they have reacted to my Facebook posts and ads. Cons There is a lot of exploring to do because the application has so much to offer so it can take some time before you are able to use it to its full capacity. Leadklozer is simply taking away the pain point of missing out on potential leads or giving me which lead to start within the myriad of comments on my wall, because of their Smart Score for Leads, showcasing who is a New Lead, a Hot Lead or a Warm Lead. Whenever I run my ads, I know exactly how to spend my followup time, in a profitable direction. Pros Without LeadKlozer, I’d miss all kinds of comments on my Facebook page’s posts and ads. Facebook simply doesn’t make it very easy to see all your comments as you need to go from post to post and try to find your ads and then sift through the “Most Relevant” comments,” Most Recent” comments, etc. It’s really hard. But LeadKlozer shows me all my comments that I need to reply to in one place, no matter where they are. It’s the best! I’m now saving a ton of time when tracking engagements and organizing them because I can see how every lead and every customer has interacted with my page on their own, over time. I can even upload my list of customers where I simply put a product tag on them in one step, and they are simply updated in the app from leads to customers. I can’t tell you how much of a life-saver this tool is! Nobody can keep track of all the comments, replies, likes, messages and auto chatbots. I was simply missing leads all over the place. I was even overlooking basic things like comments coming onto my ads as it was just too hard to track everything, everywhere, all the time. And there are simply some things I just couldn’t track no matter how hard I tried. Nobody but a smart machine could, and then report back to me. But now I can see and track everything I need the way I want it. You know how much peace of mind that gives me knowing that I don’t have to worry about missing all the engagements I worked so hard to make happen? And the social networks don’t make it easy either. You have to go to this post, that ad and then the inbox and back and forth again and again and again. Plus, LeadKlozer has this really cool feature that ranks my leads for me based on the interactions I have with them. I can now tell who my top leads are right away. I can also slice and dice my leads into columns and lists exactly how I want to see everything. I can see everything that happens in real time or their Smart Search tool that lets me create lists of leads based on the exact filters I want. If you want to get a much better handle on all the interactions you created from your campaigns, there is nothing better than LeadKlozer that I’ve found. In fact, I’v Pros I am in love with Live Tracker and Live Tracker columns so I can see engagements on my posts and ads in real time, in the way I want to see it. I can pop-up the engagement reply and move on fast. Smart Score is huge for lead scoring. It automatically prioritizes all my contacts so I don’t have to. Smart Search is such an incredible way to see lists of my leads based on virtually any criteria I can think of. I use it to bring up all my comments from my top leads across all my posts and ads. And I keep finding new Smart Searches I like every day. Cons Not a lot. I wish I could export Smart Search lists tp a CSV file. Oh, and I wish it connected to Facebook groups, but I know Facebook doesn’t allow that over their API.
