We have implemented it across our business now in all aspects, with it becoming the cornerstone of a lot of key processes for data capture. The forms are simple to design and implement, with end users finding it a huge benefit whilst also saving hundreds of hours of admin per year. The customer support has been incredible too and any slight issues have been resolved very quickly. Now that we have added more and more forms, we are seeing an even better return on investment and value for money too. Cons I wish I had adopted the system sooner, there have not really been any other downsides and we are excited to add more forms as we move forward. Pros The Customer Support was amazing, Jacob and his team are always on hand for any queries. If they couldn't help me straight away, they would look into it and get back to me with a solution fairly soon - sometimes implementing changes within the system to solve any issues. Cons If I had to pick something, it would be that the types of forms we had to create as a business weren't straight forward, and someone that doesn't have as much experience with forms, or someone who lacked computer experience, would take some time to learn how to do it. Don't let it deter you though, if you explain what you want to the team, they can do it for you! But we've stayed with them because of their friendly staff who can't do enough to help, and their receptiveness with our suggestions for updates, most of which have been implemented within a few months. Pros The CulverDocs system is small enough not to be overwhelming when first setting up your forms, but has a wide range of easy to use options to get even total beginners up and running with a workable form in a matter of minutes. The support team are always quick to answer (even on weekends and Bank Holidays) and are friendly and supportive. I needed to set up a data capture system for a variety of inspections types, I needed quick one-click data input which would generate a comprehensive report with supporting evidence/pictures. CulverDocs gave me the initial training and I had a working document within an hour which with the help of the support team we refined and added metrics. This one form has reduced our admin time by just over 50%. Cons If the app was also available on the windows PC then I'd be in heaven. I just wish it could solve some of my other admin issues! We now manage customer sign-off sheets, audit tools (connected to a Culverdocs-built portal), inventory records, and time sheets all in one place. We converted many of our paper forms to Culverdocs, and we also made many new ones. For more advanced forms, there are some interesting features like Java Script support where you can write your own code to do certain things, and also you can access your data via Culverdocs API, allowing you to retrieve the data from your forms, and you can also upload data into Lists, allowing you to do some interesting things. One of the projects I worked on is a form for our despatch team, where I use the API to insert data about lorries that need to be despatched into a Culverdocs List, and then in the form, there is a dropdown where you can select lorries that you are despatching, and upon selection, most of the load detail fields in the form are automatically populated from data in the list, simplifying the process for our despatch team. Pros Easy to use form editor that lets you quickly create new forms, yet it also has a lot of features for more advanced forms too. The customer service is also really helpful and quick to respond to any queries or issues we've run into. Since we started using the software a few years ago, it has evolved quite a lot with many new features being added constantly. Cons Not much to complain about really, whenever we have run into any issues they were quickly fixed by the support team. There can always be some edge cases where a purpose built application might be better suited for some complex scenario you may have, but you can do surprisingly many things with the features built in to Culverdocs. Pros The ease of creating your own forms and tailoring them to your sepcific needs. The reporting function is easy and once exported into excel allows for easy data sorting. The customer support team respond within 24 hours to queries and for an IT illetarate person like myself are very good at explaining how to get the best use from workflows and online forms. We have only 21 users and have created nearly 1500 forms in the last 10 months anything from sales lead generation to machine condition reports. Our customers enjoy recieving photographic evidence post machine service of any further work which may be required. Cons The programme does what it says on the tin, although getting staff acceptance to utilise it was more challenging. The service is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking for help with form creation Pros Form creation is so simple and efficient. Theres not much a of learning curve which makes it easier for less tech-proficient colleagues to create necessary forms. The customer support is also second to none, they are always so helpful with any query. Cons I think maybe have some more basic guides for the more difficult tasks such as making multi-stage workflows etc as it can be a bit time consuming having to trial and error a workflow. However, staff are very friendly and come back to you very quickly whenever you need help. Pros Very good customer support, very easy to use. Staff are very friendly. Great value for money. They do a great job making Culverdocs a really intuitive platform, and the ease of integrating the forms with other programmes like Salesforce is a breath of fresh air. Cons Nothing negative to say; any issues that become apparent are reported to, and dealt with by, Culverdocs promptly. The customer support and guidance we received was excellent and sets Culverdocs apart from other companies offering similar solutions. From the successful initial launch of the system with our customer, we have increased the scope of usage to further improve our service offering to them and this entailed more complex use of the system which the team at Culverdocs provided us excellent support and guidance and also used their experience to provide advice and guidance in how we could use the system in other way to create the solution we were looking for without needing bespoke customisation to the system.
