I have got what I was just required for my job. And it is specially because it has very efficient customer care support to provide solution for any issue I have faced so far in using.

Pros

Very flexible in regards to the controlling the schedule of the users, and it can be used as both a recruitment tool and a strategy to retain the best workers. Better employee morale, higher retention, better employee health are some real good benefit of it.

Cons

If it is used as uncapped PTO could lead to policy abuse by employees. A con for the employee is that it can become easy to “forget” to take a vacation because you are not focused on having to take it by a certain time.

My overall experience has been phenomenal. Any time I've had a question the PTO Exchange team has jumped on a call with me and helped me to resolve immediately. Our employees have loved being able to donate to other employees in need, donate to charity, and use their PTO for vacation rentals/hotels/travel. Thank you PTO Exchange for a great product and great support!

Pros

I like the ability for employees to share their PTO with other employees in need. I also like the ability of employees to be able to give back through charity giving and also cash in their PTO for hotels or vacation rentals.

Cons

There is nothing that I do not like about this software.

Our employees really like this system.

Pros

Not only is the software fantastic, but the team I worked with to implement and manage the system. I love all the options to contribute and the ease of use!

Cons

We would love for there to be a direct feed into payroll once a contribution is made, but we’ve established a very easy work around.
