Connectif es una herramienta muy potente y con muchas posibilidades a nivel de marketing automation. En nuestro caso, ha contribuido a mejorar el ticket medio y la facturación, dentro del contexto del cambio de web. Cuando está bien trabajado, se nota. Dicho esto, no es una herramienta fácil de exprimir. Requiere tiempo, cabeza y dedicación. Nosotros hemos acabado apoyándonos en una agencia porque internamente no llegamos a todo, y sin ese soporte es fácil quedarse a medio camino. A nivel de limitaciones, echamos en falta triggers más ligados al producto. Por ejemplo, no poder activar campañas directamente por bajadas de precio o entrada de stock te deja sin muchas acciones que en eCommerce tienen todo el sentido. También creemos que la actualización por feed debería ser más flexible. Que solo se actualice una vez al día se queda corto en muchos casos. Por API se puede resolver, pero complica bastante la implementación; por feed sería mucho más sencillo si se pudiera refrescar cada pocas horas.

Pros

Si se trabaja bien, impacta en negocio (ticket medio y facturación). Integración con muchas herramientas.

Cons

Faltan triggers más avanzados basados en producto. Actualización por feed poco flexible (frecuencia limitada).

Una maravilla de herramienta, perfecta para potenciar las estrategias de ecommerce de cualquier industria y tamaño.

Pros

Una plataforma muy útil para automatizar muchos procesos para E-Commerce. Permite una gran flexibilidad para adaptar la herramientas de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada cliente y las estrategias que se desarrollen.

Cons

Al principio cuesta un poco entender la dinámica de la plataforma, sin embargo con el paso del tiempo se logra entender y sacarle el mejor provecho.

Connectif nos permite llevar la hiperpersonalización al siguiente nivel gracias al uso inteligente de first-party data recopilada del comportamiento e interacción de los usuarios. Gracias al uso de first-party data podemos personalizar las acciones, medir su impacto y mantener una trazabilidad completa de las acciones en Connectif.

Cons

No tengo comentarios sobre desventajas de la herramienta. Considero que tiene mucho potencial como herramienta de automatización en marketing.

Mi experiencia en general es buena, aunque hecho en falta lo detallado anteriormente y más información de nuevas actualizaciones y funcionalidades. Trabajar con tácticas más avanzadas como prediciones de CLV es bastante limitado comparado con otros crm. Me gustaría también que se pudiera hacer reuniones por ejemplo mensuales de revisión de los principales kpis y recomendaciones de mejora de resultados.

Pros

En general es fácil de trabajar y muy intuitiva. La renovación del diseño de la ficha del cliente también me ha gustado mucho ya que la información se ve más clara.

Cons

En nuestro caso, es en modelo de pricing, que no tengamos una facturación global. Es dificil preveer el coste mensual real con crecimiento y nos penaliza cuando la base crece. Tenemos varias tiendas en las que hay meses que en una tienda principal me faltan nº de envíos en el plan mientras que en otras tienda me sobran, además de que cada vez tengo que hacer estimaciones calculando los envíos de emails según el aumento de la BBDD para no tener que pagar excesos. Se nos hace difícil poder ajustar el presupuesto a nuestra estrategia. Además un tema muy importante para nosotros es la analítica y la fiabilidad del dato, cosa que hecho en falta, sobre todo en tener dashboards más personalizados, con KPIs claros sin tener que estar haciendo trabajo manual calculando segmentos dinámicos. Tampoco tenemos una vision global, que se podría hacer otra tienda con todos los datos de los países. En resumen, reporting básico frente a otras plataformas, sobre todo en CLV, que nos dificultan las tomas de decisiones.

Mi experiencia impecable, desde el primer dia que conoci a \[contenido sensible oculto\]en un evento y me presento la solucion, hasta el equipo tecnico con \[contenido sensible oculto\] que es un encanto y siempre nos ayuda en cualquier necesidad cuando vamos a hacer cambios de estrategia o tenemos alguna duda mas tecnica, el equipo administrativo siempre muy rapidos y eficientes...como veis la parte humana de equipo acompaña a la excelente herramienta Connectif con todas las posibilidades, integraciones disponibles con otros programas, sin duda es una herramienta imprescindible para tu ecommerce y gestion del CRM. Recomiendo 100%

Todo, desde que empece a trabajar con ella hasta ahora despues de 4 años. Su facilidad de configuración de workflows, analisis de datos, diseño sencillo de comunicaciones, personalizacion pudiendose adaptar a las necesidades de tu empresa. El pago escalonado segun consumo. Soy fan 100% 🤗

Cons

Me cuesta mucho encontrar una desventaja, por decir algo propondria desarrollar la parte de envio de WhatsApp para que no sea solo unidireccional y facilitar la parametrización de plantillas. Pero vamos, por ahora lo estamos usando sin problema.

Connectif es una solución muy adecuada para compañías en fase de crecimiento que están profesionalizando su CRM. Permite construir una base sólida de segmentación, automatización y personalización con una inversión contenida, lo que la hace especialmente interesante para equipos que aún están escalando estructura, procesos y madurez del canal.

Pros

La combinación de potencia y facilidad de uso. Permite trabajar segmentación avanzada, journeys y personalización por comportamiento real con un time-to-market muy rápido y siendo accesible para perfiles no técnicos. Frente a otros CRM del mercado con mayor potencia teórica, que requieren SQL o lenguajes propios, Connectif permite operar y escalar el canal sin esa barrera técnica.

Cons

Al escalar el nivel de sofisticación del CRM, algunas capacidades avanzadas (especialmente en reporting y atribución) podrían ser más flexibles o profundas para cubrir necesidades propias de equipos muy maduros.

Muy buena. Estamos contentos con el servicio. Antes he utilizado otras herramientas y me han gustado menos.

Pros

Servicio técnico rápido, account manager ayuda mucho a optimizar los workflow, panel de control por países muy útil y adaptado a nuestro negocio...

Cons

A veces es poco intuitivo y es difícil darse cuenta de si un flujo no está bien realizado. La parte de dashboard podría ser más completa y recopilación de datos a veces muy manual. A nivel estético, las integraciones como los carruseles en mailing o pop ups podrían ser más completos.

Bastante satisfactoria en líneas generales, y muy en especial gracias al apoyo de nuestro Performance Manager.

Su versatilidad y grados de libertad a la hora de hacer implementaciones. La biblioteca de workflows.

De cara a algunas necesidades hay demasiada dependencia del html y de las integraciones personalizadas.

Mi experiencia general ha sido muy positiva. Es una herramienta potente, flexible y orientada a la optimización del impacto en el usuario, con grandes capacidades analíticas y un soporte que facilita mucho el trabajo diario.

Pros

Destacaría especialmente la analítica, que permite obtener una visión muy completa del comportamiento del usuario. También valoro mucho las múltiples posibilidades que ofrece para impactar a los usuarios a través de distintos canales y escenarios. Por último, el soporte técnico es un gran punto a favor: el acompañamiento y la ayuda recibida han sido constantes y muy resolutivos.

Cons

El hecho de tener las tiendas separadas puede dificultar en algunos casos el análisis global, especialmente cuando se quiere trabajar una visión unificada de datos y resultados. Aún así, sé que no es un tema de plataforma sino de configuración interna por nuestra parte.

L'exhaustivité de la plateforme. L'outil est extrêmement complet. L'imagination est la seule limite !

Cons

L'outil peut être compliqué à la prise en main mais les équipes Connectif sont présentes pour répondre à toutes les questions.
