Pros

Unlike other software of this kind that limits its range of activities to email marketing, push notifications and SMS, Connectif allows you to apply Marketing Automation easily and effectively on your own website as well, allowing you to customise navigation on both known and anonymous contacts. Compared to the competition, the tool is easier to configure while remaining versatile. In a short time, you can integrate your e-commerce and launch your first automations.

Cons

Although there is the possibility of preparing one's own content in HTML and achieving the desired result, the visual editor for content creation would need improvement.

Workflows templates are just amazing, in just few minutes I can customize a template to my business needs.

Cons

The initial implementation is a bit complicated. But the onboarding team is always there to help. Having a unique account of each language will be very helpful.

We have a better understanding of our customers. Finally we can segment different audiences taking into account customers behaviour and not only demographics. Plus, we can personalize website, pop ups and newletters content. The money you pay is worth it

Pros

Is has nice functionalities and accurated UX. The support team helps out and answer very fast

Cons

Many features and workflows could be pre-installed by IA . There is still lot of work to do manually

I use Connectif every single day at work. It is easy and simple to use. Very intuitive and colorful. It makes it fun to create workflows and see how it affects your clients and your e-commerce. I recommend it a 100%.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about this software. I really love it and they constantly improve it and taking in recommendations from the users.

Pros

It has many functions that you can easily apply to your website and helps you to customise it. There are also predefined workflows for all processes that are very useful. Almost anything you can think of that you can implement on your website you can find a way to do it with Connectif. It also works very well as an email marketing tool.

Cons

There are so many customisation options for each workflow that it is sometimes difficult to set them up perfectly and not have overlapping rules.

The ease in creating flows with content and actions such as sending emails quickly.Easy creation of basic templates.

Cons

Not being able to differentiate multi-stores where there has been a conflict with referrals and related to different languages. We achieved a solution by using different ids in product and using the custom field option.That in the content templates it is not possible to directly include css in the general configuration of the element, in the case of media queries. I have achieved it using an html tag anyway. This is something minor, not as important as the issue of languages.

Hasta ahora estamos contentos y satisfechos.

Pros

No nos da problemas en el día a día. Podemos efectuar activaciones sin quedar bloqueados. Con un buen trabajo previo de integración, tenemos relativa dependencia de Tech. Posibilidad de integración con nuestro DW. Predisposición y buen hacer de Support y Account.

Cons

No es multipanel (posibles problemas de escalabilidad en futuro no muy lejano). Complejidad en la creación de workflows (muchos nodos y sub-pestañas en nodos en las que pensar). Contenido dinámico a gran escala imposible. Algunos nodos mejorables. No hay posibilidad de crear emails desde cero. Algunas ediciones de workflow ya activos no se pueden efectuar (hay que duplicar).

Llevo toda la automation del ecommerce con Connectif e incluso uso sus datos para el reporting antes que los de analytics. Están más cercanos a la realidad (lo hemos comprobado). No todo el monte es orégano y peca de UX, visualización de datos y la parte del constructor de contenidos. Me contsta, no obstante, que están en ello.

Pros

Si eres un usuario avanzado en automation y growth Connectif te ayudará a llevar el proyecto a otro nivel. Además su servicio de atención al cliente es de Champions League.

Cons

No es fácil de usar, sobre todo, si te estás iniciando. En un inicio y necesita un cambio de mindset y lógica con respecto a otras herramientas. El punto fuerte de Connectif es que una vez dominas esa lógica (y para eso está el equipo de soporte) tienes una herramienta muy potente a tu disposición.

La facilidad del uso de los nodos en las automatizaciones arrastrando y soltando distintas acciones, condiciones o disparadores. El añadir contenido inline a la web que permita personalizar la visita del usuario en función de la navegación.

Cons

La integración vía módulo es limitada en cuanto a datos que se pueden enviar desde el eCommerce, quizás una integración más sencilla vía webservice sería ideal.

He probado otras plataformas de email marketing y otras funcionalidades. Desde luego nos quedamos con Connectif. Es bastante complejo empezar a utilizar la herramienta, pero en el momento que la entiendes, es muy sencillo de realizar los flujos.

Cons

La dificultad previa de configurar los flujos avanzados si no tienes conocimiento previo sobe la plataforma. Ahora disponen de plantillas que facilitan mucho el trabajo.

Pros

Es una herramienta muy completa, con API accesible y buena respuesta de soporte en español. Nuestros clientes que la han usado están contentos y la siguen recomendando.

Cons

La descarga de .zip por la API. Fue un tema técnico que tuvimos que tener un pequeño aprendizaje para solucionarlo

Pros

Trae muchas opciones y se puede realizar casi cualquier acción, incluye además muchas plantillas de flujos de base. El precio es muy bueno, hay información de todo en tiempo real y el soporte es fantástico.

Cons

Quizá lo único que diría en contra es que, para sacarle todo el partido posible, es necesario contar con un equipo de desarrollo.

Cons

No tiene funcionalidad multi-user para gestionar distintas cuentas.
