Pros

Unlike other software of this kind that limits its range of activities to email marketing, push notifications and SMS, Connectif allows you to apply Marketing Automation easily and effectively on your own website as well, allowing you to customise navigation on both known and anonymous contacts. Compared to the competition, the tool is easier to configure while remaining versatile. In a short time, you can integrate your e-commerce and launch your first automations.

Cons

Although there is the possibility of preparing one's own content in HTML and achieving the desired result, the visual editor for content creation would need improvement.

Workflows templates are just amazing, in just few minutes I can customize a template to my business needs.

Cons

The initial implementation is a bit complicated. But the onboarding team is always there to help. Having a unique account of each language will be very helpful.

We have a better understanding of our customers. Finally we can segment different audiences taking into account customers behaviour and not only demographics. Plus, we can personalize website, pop ups and newletters content. The money you pay is worth it

Pros

Is has nice functionalities and accurated UX. The support team helps out and answer very fast

Cons

Many features and workflows could be pre-installed by IA . There is still lot of work to do manually

I use Connectif every single day at work. It is easy and simple to use. Very intuitive and colorful. It makes it fun to create workflows and see how it affects your clients and your e-commerce. I recommend it a 100%.

Cons

Nothing negative to say about this software. I really love it and they constantly improve it and taking in recommendations from the users.

Pros

It has many functions that you can easily apply to your website and helps you to customise it. There are also predefined workflows for all processes that are very useful. Almost anything you can think of that you can implement on your website you can find a way to do it with Connectif. It also works very well as an email marketing tool.

Cons

There are so many customisation options for each workflow that it is sometimes difficult to set them up perfectly and not have overlapping rules.

Pros

The ease in creating flows with content and actions such as sending emails quickly.Easy creation of basic templates.

Cons

Not being able to differentiate multi-stores where there has been a conflict with referrals and related to different languages. We achieved a solution by using different ids in product and using the custom field option.That in the content templates it is not possible to directly include css in the general configuration of the element, in the case of media queries. I have achieved it using an html tag anyway. This is something minor, not as important as the issue of languages.

Mala y cara. Dificil de manejar, lo único que llegas a usar es el maquetador de correos. Obviamente hay servicios más sencillos de manejar, que hacen lo mismo y más baratos.No lo volvería a contratar ni con un descuento del 50%.

Pros

La herramienta es muy potente para automatización, tanto que solo los programadores de Connectif la saben manejar. Para un usuario normal es imposible ya que la formación no existe, el canal de youtube donde supuestamente puedes aprender a manejarlo solo habla de generalidades de marketing.

Cons

Los procesos de automation son imposibles, solo hemos podido crear y usar a través de los técnicos de Connectif. Nos hicieron una serie de procesos de automatización en el increible plazo de tres meses!!! Y encima con errores. Un servicio pésimo.

Era el que usaba la agencia de marketing (tenía un acuerdo comercial con Connectif) gran error.

Facilidades de uso, así como complejidades si las buscas. Connectif puede hacer todo lo que necesitas y más dentro de una misma herramienta.

Cons

Lo único que echo de menos es una versión móvil, o una app, para poder usarlo cuando estás sin ordenador cerca.

Muy buena, llevo más de tres años trabajando con esta herramienta y estoy encantada. He podido ir viendo todas las mejoras que ha ido haciendo la herramienta a lo largo de los años hasta convertirse en lo que es ahora, actualizándose y trabajando para dar los servicios que el mercado emplea y solicita. La atención por parte de Soporte también es muy rápida y cercana.

Pros

Me gusta la facilidad con la que se puede utilizar y entender la herramientas, la plataforma resulta muy intuitiva. El funcionamiento de los workflows da una gran posibilidad a la hora de trazar y desarrollar una estrategia a través de las herramientas que pone a disposición, seleccionando activadores, acciones y condiciones. Segmentar también resulta muy cómodo a través, tanto de los segmentos dinámicos y dinámicos plus, e incluso a través de los campos personalizados que se pueden crear según intereses de análisis y del comportamiento del usuario.

Cons

El editor de correo no es del todo responsive como ocurre con otras herramientas donde, al editar puedes seleccionar plantilla para abrir en mobile y para hacerlo desde desktop, en este caso ocurre que tienes que enfocarte en cómo quieres que se vea el diseño en uno de los dos formatos.

la cantidad de funcionalidades y workflow que tiene

Cons

El envío de newsletter mensual y sobretodo el diseño no es fácil ni adaptable, se pierden muchos clientes por esta cuestión. No tiene integración con herramientas de diseño de newsletter (stripo)

Los workflows son un lienzo en blanco para poder automatizar lo que quieras.

Cons

\- Se hecha en falta tener workflows preconfigurados, aunque es algo en lo que están trabajando.- En navegadores como Brave las personalizaciones en la web no se suelen mostrar.
