Already mentioned in the pros. Overall a great software and the support team are always on their toes to help you no matter whatever the time it is and whatever might be the problem the come with the solutions within minutes, they never hesitate to give a training to individual person also. Great team.

Pros

It takes hardly half a minute to pull down the leads from different platforms and gives an alert to connect with the lead, lead segregation and management made very easy. It's loaded with full of useful features can't name them individually, only can be experienced while using the software.

Cons

Nothing much but mobile app could be bit better overall I can rate 4/5 for the mobile app.

Pros

Tailormade marketing automation software which can be customized. You can completely make mail template according to your company requirement.

Cons

They don't have integration with whatsapp.
