Overall: Allows us to be personal and intimate with potential customers in a time where those things are not easily achieved. Also gives us the flexibility to stay in touch in the long sales cycle.
Pros: Being able to connect with potential customers on a personal level without the face to face conversation and also being able to share content/information.
Cons: Functionality could be improved. More user control to create modules without needing support to add to drop-down menus. Being able to move slides by drag and drop. Have a hovering invite button. Constantly being blocked by third-party firewalls when emails are sent internally from proteus.

Overall: ProteusEngage has been very helpful to my team in order to keep up with client communications and ensure we are nurturing all of our leads and prospects. We are not the typical type of organization to use a software system like this and the staff at Proteus have been really supportive and enthusiastic about how to best serve us and our clients' needs.
Pros: ProteusEngage allows us to provide consistent and individualized content for our clients, supporting our lead nurturing efforts and moving clients through the funnel with ease.
Cons: The need to log in to ProteusEngage to see a message feels like an extra step that I worry clients aren't always willing to take. I wish the product integrated better with mail servers, so that a message or new module dropped into my inbox in lieu of having to log in to the software.

"The Most Useful Sales Tool I Use"
Overall: ProteusEngage allows me to constantly stay in contact with my potential clients but in a very non invasive way. It gives me the capability to easily provide potential clients with new information daily, weekly, or any frequency I choose. I constantly see these people viewing the content on their own time during evenings, early mornings, or weekends. This allows me to easily gauge the interest or where someone is at in the process again in a very non invasive way towards the potential client.
Pros: Easy to use and implement. Integration with HubSpot makes creation of pages simple.
Cons: Navigating between main page and company pages is a bit cumbersome.

Overall: The best part has been my experience with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]; she helps us with all aspects and is clear in what she needs from us in order to make the changes/updates/developments we want. She also took the time to complete additional training with members of my team so we were using the system efficiently and accurately.
Pros: We like that the software is able to be customized and fit within diverse types of industries! We offer supports to people with disabilities and use the software to onboard new hires and engage with them during their early on tenure with ILC. We also use it to track survey results, training/class homework and more.
Cons: I am unsure about any cons; maybe my co-worker, JT Plummer may have more information about this as he was even more involved in development.

"Prospect Recruitment Tool"
Overall: It is a great program that suits our needs and gives us a new platform for communicating with our business prospects and keeping track of their engagement.
Pros: I like the ability to customize the different modules and re-use them for a custom workspace for my business prospects.
Cons: Our organization has a small team, so we give access to everyone on each workspace. It would be nice if only the team lead received notifications as our prospects visit the page. Otherwise, as we create more and more workspaces I can see our inboxes getting rather full.

Overall: We're able to more dynamically collaborate with our Clients and Prospects and present ourselves as one step ahead in terms of Client communication and marketing.
Pros: The graphics and overall appearance makes for a dynamic presentation to both our Clients and Prospects. Given Proteus's ease of use, I was able to setup close to 50 Workspaces in a relatively short period of time.
Cons: Too few to mention and were solved by the Customer Service team immediately.
