Octopus CRM peut fonctionner pour de la prospection de base, mais dès qu’un problème survient, le service client est rigide, impersonnel et se retranche derrière ses conditions. Leur système m’a prélevé deux fois après annulation, et malgré mes preuves (emails, captures), aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, juste un “pause abonnement” inutile. Pour une petite structure comme la mienne, c’est une perte injuste de temps et d’argent. Expérience profondément décevante, je ne recommande pas.

Pros

L’interface est simple et les fonctionnalités de base pour automatiser la prospection LinkedIn sont utiles lorsqu’elles fonctionnent correctement. La mise en route est rapide.

Cons

Le système de gestion des abonnements est opaque et défaillant. Malgré deux annulations confirmées, mon abonnement a été réactivé et facturé automatiquement sans mon consentement. Le support refuse de rembourser, en invoquant leurs conditions générales, même lorsque le problème vient clairement d’eux. Le fait de devoir supplier par mail pour 50 € est humiliant et indigne en 2025. Aucune prise de responsabilité réelle.

It is simple to send LinkedIn connection requests with Octopus CRM.It possible to view many LinkedIn profiles with Octopus CRM thus building a strong marketing and customer base.

Cons

I haven't encountered anything that is unpleasant with Octopus CRM.

Grâce à Octopus, j'ai eu un outil d'envoi d'emails gratuits jusqu'à 10.000 mails ce qui est génial pour un plan gratuit

Pros

La simplicité dans la création des campagnes mails, et surtout les fonctionnalités qui sont gratuites (10.000 envois par mois, 2500 contacts gratuitement) ce qui permet de gérer tranquillement son business

Cons

Pour l'instant je n'ai pas encore eu des mauvaises expériences, par conséquent je l'utilise
