We strongly advocate for the software, as we believe every clinician should have access to its functionality to better focus on their clients' road to recovery. Pros Since its implementation in November 2023, Eleos has significantly improved our organization. The process was smooth with comprehensive training for our staff, leading to an enhanced kick-off. We have observed a clear enhancement in documentation quality and clinician compliance. The Eleos team is friendly and highly supportive. Additionally, there has been a substantial increase in staff morale, and we are now nearly fully staffed. Cons There is one notable con to mention and it is the Sensi device - it would benefit from a higher ghz to minimize interference issues, which would enhance connectivity and decrease staff frustration caused by interruptions in Sensi's functionality. Efforts are underway in collaboration with Eleos to find solutions, and our IS Department is actively exploring alternative troubleshooting methods to mitigate interference. Our staff LOVE IT and that does not happen all the time with a new product. A few have said this is "life changing technology." Pros Eleos Health is a GAME CHANGER in the behavioral health field! My staff are spending less time on documentation and are producing higher quality documentation than prior to using Eleos! It is very user friendly for staff to learn and integrated into their daily practice. Additionally, the professional staff at Eleos Health are exceptional, providing expert guidance and unwavering support to ensure smooth integration of Eleos into daily practice. What sets Eleos Health apart is not just their technology, but their commitment to the mental health community. Cons That I did not find and implement this solution sooner! I also heard from current Eleos users how great it was working. Credible's system is new and I have learned that new is not always good and I do not want to be the test subject for a new system. The product does exactly what they say it will do and the staff work with your organization and are there throughout to assist with training, engagement and offer a superior customer service experience. This product helps clinicians with quality documentation and saves clinical staff time. This helps the organization from a risk perspective and also helps with employee engagement and satisfaction. August 30, 2024 5.0 The implementation, training and support required very little intervention from our end and staff found it easy to use. They provided metrics on usage and time saving monthly allowing us to clearly show the ROI to our leadership. Management is readily available and really do want to build relationships. Pros Eleos is the first in the AI space for Behavioral Health clinical documentation and has a model trained on years of data. So we got a mature product with surprising results. Their audio tool is very accurate requiring very little correction while the non-audio tool is easier to use but needs a little more staff correction. Still, as one of clinicians put it. We finally have a tool to "Slay the documentation dragon." Cons It's still a maturing product and the initial impression of the outreach tool changed from the demo and other things like med notes were not fully defined. The platform's capabilities in automating and streamlining documentation processes are impressive, resulting in increased efficiency and accuracy. Scribe has allowed our clinicians to allocate more time to direct client care; improving our client satisfaction and overall outcomes. We have also seen a substantial improvement in clinician job satisfaction and retention rates. Pros The Eleos portfolio of products (Scribe, Quick Note, Outreach and Verify) are designed specifically for the behavioral health sector. The AI models are trained using our own data and therefore the resulting documentation does not feel alien to our clinicians. The browser extension based approach makes implementation a lot easier as you don't have to spend months working on an EHR integration. However, the best part about Eleos are the people that work there. They are passionate about their mission and are just fun to work with (that's a rarity in the tech space). Cons The price tag can initially cause a sticker shock to management. So, you would have to do some leg work to prove ROI. We looked at time saved, quality of our notes, client care experience, clinician job satisfaction and staff retention to drive our purchase decision. Review Source MS Matthew S. Every Behavioral Health organization should be using Eleos. Pros The benefits of the product are immediate and noticeable to staff. Within in the first month staff reduced progress note completion time by 10 minutes, saving over four hours a week of paperwork time. The clinical quality of the notes also improved dramatically.
