The personal touch of texting and dropping a voicemail increase my chances of reaching the customer. Pros I love that I can text back instantly from the software. Agent Legend does the heavy lifting for me by creating the campaigns and templates. They are very relevant and extremely useful. Pros App and online is very easy to use. I like how there is content already there to get started. i receive great responses! Cons I want to know if I can send them the same campaign at a later date and not have to add them to a "new" campaign because the system already shows they have been added to the one i want to have go through again. Pros Easy to set up a campaign & get started. I also like that it stops when someone replies, i dont have to manually turn off the campaign. Cons I wish it could be used as a crm too. " June 8, 2020 5.0 I don't use the product so I am wasting money on a contract that I can't get out of. I am definitely not happy with that as I don't have a ton of money to waste! Pros I like agent legend, I just have no use for the product at this point as it is redundant to my other systems. Cons Unfortunately, I have no use for the product as I have other systems in place that take place of this product. I want to cancel and I very much dislike the cancelation policy. VERY disappointed in that aspect. I don't use the product so I am just wasting money on a contract that I can't get out of and that makes me far less likwly to ever sign back up to the product upon any improvements. Reason for choosing Agent Legend I chose it before Ylopo and Ylopo's follow up bot is interactive and we see great returns. Pros I love this product because it literally doubles my time! It allows me to set a genuine and authentic touch point for my clients to remind them to reach out without having to do it personally. Cons I can't think of anything I can improve about this product but I'm sure they will figure out a way to make it even better. It allows you to run multiple ads and not have to worry about constant follow up. It seemed like all I did was try to reach out to unmets that clicked on facebook ads. Now Agent legend takes care of that for me and I can worry about other things! Pros I love that I can run and ad for lead gen and I dont have to worry about calling every single person right away. It gives me the power to tailor each campaign to what I want it to say and achieve! I get more people that will call me back and apologize after "missing" my call from the voicemail drops and we move right into a conversation that converts into appointments. Cons I dont really have any cons to be honest. For the money you pay the value is there. Its worth everything you are paying to have those constant nudges go out. Everything is customization. I also LOVE that it automatically stops the campaign if the person replies so that you don't accidentally send them unwanted follow ups. Overall is saves me time and effort and helps qualify leads before I reach out personally. Cons I don't like that I can not add a user on the app. The only other downside on the app is that some clients try to send photos and they can't come through and I am unaware that they tried to send anything. We try to send out event invites to over 200 people sometimes, and i can only add 50/day. Then I have to count different days out, and that makes everything harder. Pros I like that once it is set up, it works on its own. It helps automate our processes. Cons I don't like that there is a limit on the amount of people you can add to a campaign at a time. I also do not like that you can select specific dates for campaigns to go out on, you have to count days out. Branch Manager Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Time Saver" June 8, 2020 5.0 Agent Legend saves me an immeasurable amount of time and helps me convert and follow up on leads in a way that I would not be able to do manually. Pros The way that the system will automatically contact my new leads at any of the day not only increases my likelihood on contacting the new client, but also increases the likelihood of it becoming a successful sale. It automatically follows up on a schedule that is more regimented that I would have the time to commit to. Well worth the $. Cons Connecting Agent Legend to my email at work has proven to be a bit cumbersome primarily due to the corporate security restrictions within my company. No customer service, no follow-up, and what is the most disturbing is not receiving your services for a product you pay for monthly. Pros Nothing, the software stopped working but we still got billed for services that we did not receive. Cons The customer service has to be the utmost absolutely horrible. Why? Simple, you could not even be placed on hold with this horrible company. You leave a voicemail, message, email etc and it takes up to two weeks for someone to respond. Review Source JV Justin V. I haven't had a need to contact them since joining but I would expect the same if there was a problem. Pros It's very easy to use. Everything is pretty intuitive so you can get up and running with it pretty quickly. Cons Pretty disappointed in the existing/pre-done smart plan options. I was looking specifically for website signup campaigns and there was only one that I found. Definitely lacking in that department.
