" **Overall:** Fix the storage issue, Apple! Why am I paying for additional storage and still getting the message that there's no storage? **Pros:** I like that I can sync my photos, files, messages, and music across multiple devices. ICloud also makes it easier to communicate via wifi when cellular service is unavailable. **Cons:** Where do I start? There is never enough storage on your device, even though you have iCloud access. I currently pay 2.99 for additional storage, yet I still get the message that iCloud is full. If you have a device that is updated and another that isn't, the sync function is thrown off. Why can't I remove Apple apps that I do not use? Susanne F.
