The document management solution is complete, very easy to use, and migration as well as adoption were very simple and quick. Their low-code process automation platform, is also very simple to learn, we built processes in hours and deployed them without any issue. The Document Management System centralized the Company's Content in a fully controlled repository. Contracts Drafting, Reviewing, Signing and Tracking is fully is fully digitized thanks to Everteam accelerator solution. Account Payable is now paperless, hence more efficient, cost effective with maximized auditing capability. Pros The Everteam/Intalio Content Service Platform greatest benefit is the quick deployment. it comes packed with with all industry standard and commodity features right out off the box. Cons The workflow engine is offered as a separate license. Switched from [IBM Enterprise Content Management](https://www.capterra.com/p/119882/IBM-ECM/) IBM FileNet is a powerful solution but requires heavy customization to fit the purpose of business. The customization was done by a third part technological partner, not the OEM, which with time resulted in complicated integration issues added on top of significant cost to maintain both the licenses and professional services to remediation the malfunctions. Everteam Intalio comes fully capable right out off the box with little to now customization required. The investment was reasonable with good value compared to other market player. Our experience with their pre sales team were good, they were flexible in all aspects. Pros 1\. Its on MS SharePoint Platform, hence can utilize native integration with Office suite. 2. Perfect solutions for Correspondence Management. 3. Versatility, can be used for various document approval automation. We used EverTeam for invoice certification with many approvals and integration with Oracle EBS. 4. Easy of use. Not complicated and users can adapt with minimum training. Cons 1\.
