Pros Me encanta poder controlar todo el seguimiento del paquete y que tanto yo como mis clientes estemos informados en todo momento. Me ahorra muchísimo trabajo gracias a la generación automática de las etiquetas y el manifiesto. Cons Los inicios dieron muchos problemas de conexión con la central de seur y aún algunas veces cuando hay mucho movimiento (campañas de navidad, black friday...) los pedidos tardan en generarse y guardarse por el retardo al conectar con la central de seur. Make us waste al lot of time. Pros Seur is a well establish provider with some competitive prices. However the way their platform work it the most unfriendly software we have used for shipping. Cons The worst part is cut off period, you have to launch your order at some specific time of the day in order they are set for pick up. Far for easy to use. Does not have a easy integration with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Reasons for choosing SEUR PRO by DPDgroup We got very competitive price from Seur, but it dit not was worth giving the problems and waste of time we spent with preparing and queuing orders.
