It seems to us that it is a very well thought-out and constantly growing platform. Highly recommended. Pros Airmeet is a platform that grows every day, the development team has been concerned with adding new features continuously. the most outstanding characteristics for us are: - It allows you to customize your event, use your logo and your name - It has an option for webinar and congresses - You can manage sponsors and assign their customizable space to each one - One of the most important features, the socialization tables work perfectly, are configurable and have chat and screen sharing function - It has an option for quick one-to-one meetings, you can configure them randomly or by the custom fields of the registration form, this is great. - It has a backstage before starting a conference, where you can agree with your speakers - All conferences are recorded and you can share them with the attendees - The session calendar is simple and works perfect - Events can be accessed from the app - The support is very good, 24/7 and on the same platform, live Cons It has few cons, based on our experience: - The learning curve compared to normal meeting programs is a bit higher - A good connection is required, for users with poor connections its use is complicated. - It is not always possible to share system audio, which is important for certain presentations - I would like to have support in Spanish Review Source Miguel D. Most of the attendees love the interface, the chat system, the networking room. And for me it is very useful to have all the information from the attendees to follow up with a marketing plan. Pros \-Support. They literally reply within seconds on the live chat widget from the website and if you need more advanced help they will invite you for a video call.-Ability for the booth owners to live stream independently.-Discussion tables. There you can share your video and audio with up to 16 people, you can use the tables for support, team building, etc.-Recording. I don't need to worry about anything, once the event starts everything is recorded.-Event records are accessible once the event has finished. Attendees can visit the event again and see the records of the event even is already finished.-They have something called Fluid Space, you better check that in their website, it is amazing. I do feel that the conference functionality should be included at the meetup price. Pros The platform is easy to use and set up. It's been reliable, stable and the video and audio quality are great. Having creation, registration and delivery all on one platform has made life so much easier. Cons The longest delay in live streaming I've seen in a while (live streaming to YouTube). It is relatively easy to set up an event and market it and their support is absolutely amazing. Pros The overall experience is next to great. As a participant, it is easy to navigate and quite intuitive. As an event organizer, it has the features and capabilities to substitute in-person events to the closest degree. I like the ability to present parallel presentations (on the paid plans) and the exhibition feature is outstanding. The social lounge is a great way to encourage participation from attendees when they are not attending any sessions. Finally, their support (especially the 24/7 lounge) is great and on one occasion, they even set up a meeting with their product manager and team leader to sort out an issue that I had with attendee registration. Cons I would like the ability to better control or customize the reminders that are being sent to attendees prior to the events. Currently, it is a generic message sent by Airmeet and it would be nice to have some customization. Also, the part where you add or upload your own list of attendees is a bit cumbersome and confusing and requires you to turn off something in the settings when the lists ie being uploaded and then turn it back on again later. I enjoy the three different chat functions (DM, Table Chat, Everyone in the Room) and reactions feature when someone is onstage. I truly appreciate the 'Backstage' function, which acts as a virtual green room and the countdown to when it goes live. Airmeet also provides wonderful customer support! Cons Not too often, but occasionally there will be someone on our team or an attendee who cannot gain access to all the features or sit at a table. Sometimes the countdown to when we go live is not accurate and it takes a bit longer. I wish it was possible to change the number of tables in the room after the Airmeet has already been set up. They love the speed networking and the social lounge and the ease of presenting their work. It is helping the community to come together and support one another. It is doing everything that I need. Pros I love how easy Airmeet is to learn and to use. I don't consider myself to be fabulous with tech, but this makes me feel like a tech genius. So far I'm very happy with my experience as the organizer and the people that joined all found this platform refreshing. They love it. In one way it's familiar because it's similar to other platforms, but in other ways it's new and exciting. I noticed there's more interaction and engagement among attendees and presenters, which is a big thing for these online events. Looking forward to keep using Airmeet. Pros Airmeet stands out because of the easy of use and the features that make this an interactive virtual events platform. I like the social networking feature that allows attendees (and hosts) to join virtual tables before the session(s), during breaks and after. Very nice, just like in the real world when you attend larger events and want to get to know the other attendees. Cons I haven't found anything that I didn't like. For the future, I'd like to have extra options to stream my events. I know Airmeet is constantly working on improvements and new features as I noticed they actually listen to customer feedback and do something with it. The one thing I like the most about the platform is the user experience it creates for the participants of an online event – both attendees and speakers. Having organized virtual summits in the past, I know that it can be quite challenging, sometimes, to get closer to recreating an experience that's similar to that of a face-to-face event, but Airmeet excels at it. I love the fact that attendees can engage with speakers – through features such as live chat, polls, reactions (with emojis), direct messages, as well as directly from the stage! Plus, there's the Airmeet smartphone app, which means that people can join you even through their mobile device. And since content is a good part of creating a memorable experience for the attendees of your virtual event, you'll be glad to hear that Airmeet also gives you quite a lot of power when it comes to "controlling the stage": you can hide/unhide participants, enable/disable reactions and polls, change your video & audio setting, add closed captions, and change the resolution of your live streams. Cons There are some small things I'd change about Airmeet. For example, if you'd like to host an event as yourself, you won't be able to do it unless you add yourself as both the host and a speaker... this sounds a little strange, because it almost seems as if you are two different people. Pros All of it, it is user friendly , great design, and has all needed features. It is an all in one user friendly software. For me it is a "coup de coeur". The Airmeet platform have had a huge impact on my business. Cons The fact that for now it is only fully operational on computer but i am sure that in the near future the airmeet team will make it work on mobiles. For instance, their customization features to fit your brand are not as impressive as some of their competition. Right now, their biggest drawing card (for us) is allowing for a more interactive conferencing experience. Pros The networking feature has been the best feature of this software so far. Airmeet has tables for your participants to use and speed networking features. You can also customs brand the tables to fit your brand. Also, the sponsor booths are a really nice feature and look extremely professional and almost-real-to-life. Everyone we've shown Airmeet to has felt pumped from viewing it. Cons One of our biggest complaints is that the interface is not as intuitive as other competing software so there was a bit of a learning curb in using it. Also, Airmeet tries to direct you to video conferencing calls with their staff if you have an issue when it would be easier and faster to simply have a chat box and speak to a rep that way. The platform allows you to have simultaneous classes at the same time. When one enters the venue, you have the option to meet people just like you would at an in-person conference. As an attendee you are able to browse around the conference and purchase vendor items as well. This system is so powerful that if you have sponsors or vendors you can have them at your virtual conference. Their support is just a click away, and the platform is now on ios and android devices. Hands down Airmeet is in a class all by itself. Cons One feature that could be added would be an overlay pop up as the speaker is addressing the audience he or she could highlight their points. Another missing feature is connecting the stage background with what Facebook and YouTubers experience. At present unless you are on the inside of the platform you have two different virtual experiences. The stage backgrounds can "only" be viewed on the inside and NOT from Facebook and Youtube views. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup altough! Pros I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. Infact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice! It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to in person experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people. Cons There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event, the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live.
