Have seen the audience really enjoy the polls, and reactions feature during the live events. Cons Found it a bit complicated during the on-boarding but then, got used to it. Team's active support made things easier, couldn't have been able to do it on my own otherwise. I suggest a more user friendly self starter on-boarding kit for ease. It has interesting features such as speed networking, hosting live virtual events, etc. Their tech support is very competent and supportive. Pros the ability to move from conference table to conference table was great, and made it easy for people to see the options for networking; liked the ability for organizers to "go backstage". The support was also amazing. Pros It's very simple to use and set up. One of the features that can be most overrated is the speakers' waiting room, it's very important to test and line up everything before go live, these feature prove to worth it. Cons Once created we can't delete an event. I've made two just for testing and it's annoying to see them in my backoffice. Just an OCD problem maybe. Review Source KR Karinna R. Cons It was a bit difficult to figure out at first. The table feature, while cool, was hard to figure out because we didn't realize how the tables vs big group interactions worked. The platform also was incompatible with certain browsers, which didn't mean it didn't work at all, but did lead to some sound and video difficulties. Review Source JE Jill E. Many have asked to learn more about the platform. Pros We loved that Airmeet allowed for us guests to have intimate interactions via the small group chats. We also found the interface to be clean and straightforward. I personally find the concept of social lounge and backstage the best! It's most important innovative feature is the "Lounge", which is an area with round tables with up to eight seats that participants can freely choose and move around. This is excellent and easy to use for break out rooms, networking, coffee breaks etc. Cons From an admin point of view, Airmeet is more difficult to master than Zoom - but not because of design errors, but simply because of the multitude of feature. The app is sufficient. The chat doesn’t seem to get overloaded as we have experienced using other platforms. Pros I love the potential of this platform. There is a virtual lounge available and branding options available. Cons Some tweaks are still needed. The virtual lounge tables allow for images to be added to them, but you really can’t see it when it is being used.
