Pros The software is easy to use - from a participant's perspective as well as the facilitator. The customer support is amazing! I have never seen something like it. Super quick response, always available and quick solutions. Airmeet is always open to suggestions that will improve the platform. Love it and will use it for all upcoming events! Cons There were some instances when some of the members were not able to log in and were facing technical issues while using the same link twice in a day. This created a bit of problems.
