I wish I had driven the hour to Bethesda to hand deliver my sensitive documents and driven an hour back. Probably illegal Pros You can send faxes as easily as you can send an email, though the resolution is what gets through Cons You cannot unsubscribe. Ever. Period. This was a major complaint until an apparent October 2024 online data scrub. You could click "unsubscribe" on your online account, and you'd get a "Thanks! Someone will contact you shortly!" No one would ever contact you. They had no phone number or other contact info. They marked your monthly subscription as recurring so that even if you contacted your bank, they withdrew their $7 every month. Forever. I'm extremely concerned that a company can just scrub so many reviews and lure customers in again. I rarely write bad reviews. This company is not only shady, but their software is fairly poor. I have canceled my credit card because there is also no way to cancel auto-renew without support which is non-existent. Pros Upon using CocoFax, I found it to serve my needs. However, everything went downhill from there. Cons Customer Support: I accidentally selected the annual plan when paying for the service. I reached out to support multiple times. Zero response. Functionality: Buyer beware. Even if you do not care about customer response, you will be incredibly frustrated with the countless times the faxes drop. Happens probably 20% of the time. Well, CocoFax has got you covered! It was easy to set up and send a fax. It was almost effortless. You can observe the status of your outgoing fax and receive emails when your fax is delivered. Confirmation is key on faxes! 10/10 recommend. Cons The delivery time was slower than expected, but no more than 5 minutes. Doesn't matter to me as long as it gets there! Pros Ease of use. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is a good customer service rep. Cons The software seems to be outdated or lines are old. 90% of my faxes started failing after 7 months of being with them. They would tell me its the sender's fault, despite the fact it kept happening with multiple senders. Come to find out they timed out. This means Coco servers are prehistoric. A 7 page inbound fax is to large and it will fail. The tech team will say...its the senders fualt....whatever. I would have loved it more if free faxes (just a few for testing) are given to first time users to test out the system before committment. Cons It's ease of use and reporting style.
