We have been using InviteDesk for over 2 years now, it has greatly helped us in managing our event invitations and attendee follow-up. I would highly recommend it to save time, automate invitation flows and display a professional approach.

Pros

InviteDesk gives us peace of mind in organizing all event communication and attendee follow-up. Previously we needed to juggle different Excel files between marketing and sales which cost a lot of time for the different employees involved. With the InviteDesk tool, we can set-up the entire campaign in one tool, install automated reminder messages and follow-up on registration details. This type of communication gives us the professional approach that we are looking for towards customers. With the App, we can follow-up on the go. The App scanning tool saves a lot of time when checking in attendees at the event.

Cons

As is the case for all new software, there is a short learning time required. However, the platform is very intuitive and practice makes perfect.

Overall, our experience with InviteDesk has been very positive. We have been customers for several years now and remain so out of pure conviction, not necessity. The team thinks along with us, but also proactively develops valuable features on their own initiative. Having seen the tool evolve over the years, we are truly enthusiastic about our partnership with the InviteDesk platform.

Pros

One of the tool's major advantages is the personal and rapid response time of the helpdesk. This comes on top of a platform that is consistently reliable with zero downtime and easy to use across all devices. Whether you have an operational query or a challenge, the team is always there to provide a constructive solution.

Cons

Honestly, there are no major deal-breakers or obvious cons in my opinion (and/or in my experience). Well done!

very good. i'm a very happy customer. I only hope i can stay a customer next year. It all depends if the cost is in line with or returns. but for now i really love it.

Pros

it's intuitive and easy to use. less is more. the options with hardware printers is nice. The app is also a very good addition. it's also easy to contact the people from invitedesk.

Cons

in my opinion it's a bit dull that the price depends on the number of events. For smaller events it could be a bit expensive. Also with the amount of users. I think it would be used more by smaller venues and companies if the price was fixed. or at least more smaller events in price. For big promotors and event managers it's ok. but for small bussinesses there should be a entry account price.

InviteDesk gives you immediate insights on where we are regarding events, and opens up decision taking for next steps to make them more successful. Reporting has become so much easier as well, especially when using for multiple years and with returning events. Once you've set up a few, it's smooth sailing afterwards.

At some occasions, the system could be more flexible and database possibilities could potentially be improved in the future.
