I only hope i can stay a customer next year. It all depends if the cost is in line with or returns. but for now i really love it. Pros it's intuitive and easy to use. less is more. the options with hardware printers is nice. The app is also a very good addition. it's also easy to contact the people from invitedesk. Cons in my opinion it's a bit dull that the price depends on the number of events. For smaller events it could be a bit expensive. Also with the amount of users. I think it would be used more by smaller venues and companies if the price was fixed. or at least more smaller events in price. For big promotors and event managers it's ok. but for small bussinesses there should be a entry account price. I would highly recommend it to save time, automate invitation flows and display a professional approach. Pros InviteDesk gives us peace of mind in organizing all event communication and attendee follow-up. Previously we needed to juggle different Excel files between marketing and sales which cost a lot of time for the different employees involved. With the InviteDesk tool, we can set-up the entire campaign in one tool, install automated reminder messages and follow-up on registration details. This type of communication gives us the professional approach that we are looking for towards customers. With the App, we can follow-up on the go. The App scanning tool saves a lot of time when checking in attendees at the event. Cons As is the case for all new software, there is a short learning time required. However, the platform is very intuitive and practice makes perfect. Een partner die heel reactief is en die naar je luistert en altijd klaar is om samen met jou na te denken. We hebben nog geen negatieve ervaringen gehad met het platform. En sinds dat we het gebruiken zijn er al heel wat features bijgekomen. Ze staan niet stil en blijven nadenken om hun platform nog efficiënter te maken. Pros Wij waren al heel lang op zoek naar de juiste invitatietool, maar hadden die tot nu toe nog niet gevonden. Gelukkig heeft InviteDesk ons pad gekruist. In hun tool kan je zelfstandig werken en je eigen event opmaken maar je krijgt ook de nodige ondersteuning wanneer je vast zit. De tool is zeer intuïtief en zeer gemakkelijk te gebruiken. InviteDesk heeft echt aan alles gedacht, zelf de kleinste details die je leven en dat van onze Event Managers veel makkelijker maakt. Ze zijn super reactief en geen enkele vraag is teveel voor hen. Cons Elke sector is zeer verschillend en maakt dat iedere sector andere noden heeft. Aangezien het een SAAS platform is en dat wanneer ze iets voor jou veranderen er ook een meerwaarde moet inzitten voor hun andere klanten zal de aanpassing niet altijd gebeuren. Dit zie ik niet echt als minpunt, maar kan ons soms blokkeren voor sommige van onze projecten. Ik moet er wel bij zeggen, dat InviteDesk altijd klaar staat om te luisteren en om te analyseren of dit geïmplementeerd kan worden of niet. Dankzij deze tool loopt uitnodigen vlotter en kunnen we ook achteraf beter nagaan wie er wel en niet aanwezig was. De aanleiding voor ons was een partnership met een voetbalclub. Voordien hadden we slechts 5tal grote klantenevents op jaarbasis. Tijdens het voetbalseizoen hebben we nu iedere 2 weken een event. Daarnaast hebben we in 2019 het aantal klantenevents opgetrokken. Dankzij Invitedesk kan je dan een beter overzicht bewaren. De service is zeer goed bij invite desk. Als we iets niet vinden in het platform, krijgen we dezelfde dag nog hulp. Ook denkt invite desk mee met z'n gebruikers en voeren ze updates door die gevraagd werden door klanten. Zo zijn we heel blij met een geïntegreerde survey-oplossing. Pros Gebruiksgemak: zelfs iemand die niet zo digitaal is, kan er eenvoudig mee werken dmv icoontjes. Dit is handig voor sales-collega's die enkel betrokken zijn bij het uitnodigen van mensen. Ze begrijpen het proces van invite desk heel snel en weten aan de hand van kleurencodes of hun gasten geaccepteerd hebben of niet. Allesomvattend: er wordt aan alles gedacht van uitnodigen tot pre-event mailtjes tot bedankingsmail. Zaken die wij vroeger niet verstuurden bij het organiseren van een event, worden in invitedesk gesuggereerd en staan bij wijze van spreken klaar om verzonden te worden. Verschillende users: iedereen kan op het moment dat hij/zij dat wil de gastenlijst bekijken, geen nood meer om de meest up to date excel op te vragen bij Marketing-collega's die misschien net in vergadering zitten of een dagje verlof hebben. Iedereen is altijd up to date. Mooi design en duidelijke layout zijn ook een pluspunt. Cons Alles is inbegrepen wat het overweldigend kan maken voor beginners. Je vergeet soms een stap in het begin. Aandacht erbij houden is nodig, zeker bij de eerste keer een event aanmaken. Nadien kan je natuurlijk datzelfde event kopiëren. Ook de app die je hiervoor kan installeren maakt het mogelijk om op elk moment de eventadminstratie op te volgen. December 10, 2020 5.0 Na een jaar met enkele launch events & het automatisch sturen van beurstickets werd snel duidelijk dat we een automatisatietool nodig hadden om dit sneller, efficiënter en vooral ook professioneler aan te pakken. Invitedesk geeft ons tijdens de uitnodigingsfase een vlot overzicht en verdeling van tickets door sales met opvolging door marketing, realtime status tijdens het event en een geautomatiseerde communicatie. De templates, standaard teksten voor mails etc zijn heel handig in gebruik en besparen veel tijd bij het aanmaken van evenementen.
