Pros 1.INControl does not force a work environment onto employees, rather it digitizes their current environment. This drastically improves take-up time and eliminates lengthy training sessions. 2. New era of digital systems Cons There really aren't anything negative to be attributed to the product. Reasons for choosing INControl INControl provides 95% of the functionality that a perfectly specked and developed custom system would, but at a 10th of the cost and time. Where a custom system then gets outdated and requires a lot of maintenance, INControl never becomes outdated and it stays bug free with no maintenance. Even custom systems can hold senior management ransom when it comes to enforcing quick decisions, INControl simply adapts and then enforce new processes. Change can be very difficult and stressful in a Company, in our case we went from no digitization to doing everything on Incontrol in a very short space of time. No real implementation crisis, fairly smooth transmission - this was a major benefit feature. Pros Towards the latter part of 2016 we decided to introduce ISO 9001:2015 QMS into the business. Growth trajectory indicated a requirement to manage our process flows better to guarantee future growth by standardizing service delivery. Not long after introducing ISO we realised further digitization would increase our efficiency and growth. Incontrol became a choice candidate to partner with as their system is versatile enough to cater for our particular requirements. Incontrol allows for process management across all departements. In a sense the advantage of working with software that doesn't solely focus on your industry, which means it gives you an empty canvas, gives you flexibility to create software focused on your own needs; also has the disadvantage of trying to communicate needs that might not be fully understood straight away.
