Working with volie has been game - changer for every bdc department i've managed . Every staff member from President to Customer Success Rep has "Hometown Feel ".

Pros

data driven insights , optimized workflows for team, 20 groups for service bdc managers and support teams.

Cons

i wish i had the software years ago . Once onboarded every bdc manager should personally call the President thank him.

It's been great. We are able to be both effective and efficient. Agent utilization is higher than it's ever been and we are able to give our clients detailed reporting they have never had before.

Pros

The people at Volie are wonderful to work with. The software itself is very reliable and its easy to see the Volie team keeps improving Volie's features/

Cons

Setting up a campaign from start to finish is a lot of work. To be fair though, it is in other platforms we've used as well.

Reasons for choosing Volie

Really it was the people we worked with while shopping that outshined all the others. When it came to comparing platforms, they all had pros and cons. We felt like Volie was the best choice and have not regretted the decision.

Fantastic. We have worked with three separate companies doing email campaigns and Volie is not only the best at that but offers a lot more.

Pros

It is so multifaceted. Volie itself is such a great product for us, first allowing us to distribute our newsletters effectively and efficiently and in the future it will help with sales generation. The reporting is great and the data helps us constantly improve. Their fee structure makes perfect sense where nobody else does - we are charged for what we send, not just for having emails loaded into their system. Their service is second to none.

Cons

Honestly there isn't much. There are things specific to our business needs that they don't always offer - like a specific report output but they're always willing to work with us to get those things created.
